Recap:
"I'm going to start dinner, how about you guys watch a movie in the meantime" Lois said while getting up.
"We can help you-" I start.
"No. Not after last time." Lois says quickly with a tone that tells me she means it. I just put my hands up in surrender while Jordan is laughing. I put a movie on and Jordan and I folded clothes in the meantime.
About an hour later Lois finishes and I go up to get Jon. I knock at his door but he doesn't answer. I slowly open the door to see Jonathan peacefully sleeping. I know he has to eat but I don't think Jonathan has had a good night's sleep in months. I decided to just let him sleep for tonight. I place the covers over him carefully, and I place a kiss at the top of his head. I start to leave but when I'm at the door I stop and look at him. It feels surreal that he's here. I close the door and make my way downstairs.

Clark's POV
I woke up the next morning laying next to Lois. I look at her to see that she's waking up too. She smiles at me before leaning in for a kiss.
"Good morning, babe." She says turning her body to the side to look at me. I do the same.
"Good morning. This is the first night in months that you slept for more than 4 hours." I say to her while putting my forehead against hers. She smiles softly and just nods.
"We should get clothes for Jonathan today. All of his old clothes don't fit him anymore."
"I know. It's crazy it feels so amazing to have Jonathan back home... but, I can never go through that again, he's my baby and I missed him so much. He's changed so much and I-" She says as tears flood her eyes. I wrap my hands around her thin frame. I can't help but feel guilty. I'm supposed to protect my family, but I'm the reason that everyones hurting.
"I know, I'm so sorry" I say while kissing the top of her head. We stay like that for a few more minutes until we both decide to start with breakfast.
Lois goes downstairs after changing to start making food, while I go check on the boys. I go to Jordan's room first and see him sleeping peacefully. I walk over to him and kiss his head before walking out softly closing the door behind me.
I check on Jonathan next. I hear a noise so I knock on the door. I hear shuffling until the door opens. Jonathan opens the door and I see dark bags under his eyes. He also looks like he had been crying, it catches me by surprise but when he sees me he has a smile plastered on his face.
"Hey, I was just seeing if you were up. Did you sleep well?" I ask concern lacing my voice.
"Yeah, I just slept a lot last night so I woke up early today." I just nod.
"If you're feeling up for it, I was wondering if you wanted us to go shopping for some new clothes today?" I ask.
"Why? You don't like me stealing your clothes? Or are you just mad that In a few months I'll be taller than you?" He teased with a smirk on his face.
"Oh, not a chance. You're what, 5'7". I'm 6'4" buddy, my clothes swallow you up." I said, teasing him back. The truth was that my clothes fit him okay but they were still too large, and were not his style. He just looked at me offended.
"I'm 5'11" without shoes, and 6' feet with shoes. If you must know, but.. I would like to get my own clothes" He said confidently.
"Okay, after breakfast we can all go to the store."
