"Cause they are really not asking you to go back right?" Jungkook whispered out. "Tell me you are not lying, I won't tell Jimin hyung"
Taehyung glanced at him, hearing words. "Kook..I have to leave anyway"
"Okay, I get it.." Jungkook gulped. "But just tell me is it really that you are asked to get back..and not by yourself"
"What you mean?"
Jungkook parted his lips but he couldn't voiced out that for these two days he was having different thoughts.
Taehyung noticed his hesitancy. "Jungkook, tell me what exactly are you thinking" his voice turned a lot softer.
Jungkook's chest heaved up as he inhaled a breath. "I don't-know but I feel like you don't want to stay.." he deemed. "And you didn't even wanted to come"
The elder scanned the younger's face with his eyes dutifully.
"So..just say the truth" Jungkook opined, but his eyes asked him for more and it didn't have it in Taehyung to oppose no matter how much he thought of not giving the expected answer.
"You got me.." Taehyung mumbled gullible, seeing Jungkook raising his eyebrows a lot more allowing him to continue manner, which Taehyung did. "I no longer feel connected here, Jungkook" stepping his way towards his phone to turn down the now-cheery music, he wasn't in the need of that contrasting moment.
Jungkook's eyes simply followed his every step while the ears-his every word.
"You might think me as a coward, but..it's what I felt like doing," Taehyung answered, turning back at Jungkook but he was internally surprised to see Jungkook actually listening to him.
"So you are going by your own will?" Jungkook stirred the question much to Taehyung's bewilderment.
"Uh yeah.." he replied and Jungkook gave a nod.
"But-"
"Jungkook and you should know it doesn't mean you and Jimin don't matter to me.." Taehyung quickly cleared the thoughts out of Jungkook's mind before it began to form.
Jungkook didn't say anything just kept looking at Taehyung. At least he was relaxed to know that the elder wasn't doing this on other's request, still he can't feel it but to get upset he again has to let Taehyung go.
The same feeling came hitting him once again...
Neither could he stop his tears flowing down his cheeks, squinting his eyes.
Taehyung widened his eyes and stepped towards Jungkook, tackling him in a hug. "Kook"
Jungkook scrunched his eyes and nose even tightly and hugged him back.
