CHAPTER 06 - ALMOST?

Today is Saturday. Yes, weekends na pero bwakanangsheyt! May pasok pa rin kami. Tuwing linggo lang ang rest day namin.

Okay lang, dalawang subject lang naman papasukan namin at mamayang alas tres pa 'yon.Unang instructor namin ay si professor Dela Crus na isa ring terror slash strict. Mapapahiya ka na lang talaga kapag wala kang masagot sa mga tanong niya.

Well, hindi naman kami pinapahiya pero pagsasabihan ka ng mga realtalk kaya feeling namin napapahiya kami.

At 'yung second class namin? Si Attorney Lettice Eira Fleur na ilang araw ko nang hindi nakikita. The last time I saw her was when we had dinner together which is when I called her 'baby'. I don't know why she was so angry because of that.

I am here today in the Monzune Law School library. It was still early so I decided to spend some time here. Magbabasa na lang ako.

Ayoko rin sa condo because it's too quiet there, it's also quiet in the library but at least here, I have someone with me. There are other students here who look haggard and stressed. It's only been a week since the school started but it seems like, they haven't slept in a year.

"Hi, pwede maki-share?"

I looked at the front where the voice came from.

I was surprised when his smiling face opened up to me and gosh, he had a dimple! He has hazel brown eyes, a pointed nose, pinkish lips, and a pair of tan skin.

In short, handsome!

"A-Ah,"Lumunok muna ako bago ngumiti sa kaniya."Nakaupo kana."

"Oh, right.." he chuckled.Tumayo pa siya bago nakangiting tumingin ulit sa akin."So, may I?"

I laughed softly 'yung pabebeng paraan.I just nodded so he sat down again.

"So, you're also a law student? "

"Yes.How about you? This is the first time I saw you here in Monzune."

Ngumiti siya."Yes. I just came in yesterday."

I've been staying here for four years and I just only saw him today. I have almost memorized the students' faces here in the University.

Marky and I talked a lot. His name is Marky Gonzales. He looks kind and talkative. He even beat Tiffany because of his many chikas.

I also found out that he is a third year law student. He almost told me everything that happened in his life since birth! Natigil lang 'yon nang maalalang may pasok ako ngayon.

Shoot! 02:47 na! Yari ako nito kay professor Dela Crus! Medyo trashtalker pa naman siya.

"Marky, I'll go first. I'll just see you later at the cafeteria!" I didn't wait for what he had to say and immediately ran.

May nabunggo pa ako pero wala na akong pakialam.

Gago, late na ako!

"Fuck.."I muttered.

Ang tagal bumukas ng elevator! 02:52 na, abah!

"Cursing is not allowed here, Miss Arallonzhu."

"Ay puta!"

I immediately covered my mouth when I said that out loud. My eyes widened and looked at the right side where the girl I hadn't seen for days was looking at me now.

Owsheyt malagkit!

Hindi ko alam kung napatulala ba ako dahil narinig niya akong mag-mura o dahil ang ganda niya ngayon! Well, araw araw naman siyang maganda.

Ito nanaman 'yung malilikot ko na mga mata. I looked at her completely. She was now wearing an army green longsleeve with a black blazer and a high waisted pencil skirt. She only wears flat shoes now so I'm taller than her. She always wore heels that were only about five to three inches high.
