Mysterious Adventure Part 2

Chapter 25

Luke went over to his parents to pick up Rose so she could finally meet her newborn brother I was downstairs in the living room with the baby Ben walked by noticing that I looked exhausted and was having trouble staying awake. Ben said, "I can watch him for a bit why don't you take a nap on the couch," I said "Thank you for the kind gesture Ben but I think I will be fine" I didn't sleep well like I thought I would last night. It's not that the baby woke me up it's the fact that I was having another one of those nightmares but not about Jeff this time which was surprising, but I don't know if this one is a warning or not. Ben stayed close by in case I was going to pass out the front doors to the mansion opened up as Rose walked into the living room Luke following behind Rose as he sets her stuff down next to the couch. Luke said "Rose over here be very careful okay" Rose walked over to us and saw her newborn baby brother sleeping in my arms Rose said "he's so small" I said "All babies are small". Rose walked over to her bag and pulled something out of it while walking back over to us Luke said "Rose made something for her little brother while she was at my parents" Rose said, "I made him a stuffed animal". I started to tear up a bit seeing Rose's gift for her brother I said "You can go put it up in your brother's crib if you want Rose" Luke followed Rose up to our room making sure she got up there safe. I started to feel more tired as I began to doze off though thankfully Ben was still nearby and was able to grab Hunter before passing out on the floor. Luke came back downstairs seeing me asleep on the couch Ben walked upstairs to keep an eye on Rose but to also put Hunter to bed since he was due for his nap Luke walked over to the couch and sat down on the floor. 2 hours had passed I woke up sitting up quickly while sweating I placed my hand on my head as I got a headache then I try to calm down my breaking. Masky said "Hey you doing alright," Sally said "You were tossing and turning a lot on the couch," I said "Yeah I'm fine I was just trying to get comfortable" I could tell Masky saw right through my bullshit. Sally walked off upstairs after being satisfied with the answer I gave them Masky said "Alright real answer spill" I said "It's another nightmare" Masky said, "It's Jeff again". I said "No I don't know what this one means this time," Masky said "Is this something we need to report to Slender about" I shook my head no and went to stand up off the couch. I ended up getting off the couch too quickly resulting in me getting dizzy and causing me to fall on top of Masky as we landed on the floor Masky said "You okay did you have anything to eat today". I said "I'm fine no I haven't eaten anything today" both of us sat up as Masky walked into the kitchen to get me something to eat I could hear Rose playing outside with Luke. 

Masky came back into the living room with a plate that had a sandwich on it and handed it to me I ate some of the sandwich while saving the other half for later Masky helped me off the floor and I went to go see what Rose was up to other than playing. I walked outside to get some fresh air seeing Luke sitting on the porch with Hunter in his arms I said "I didn't know you were out here until I heard Rose" Luke said, "We didn't mean to wake you up". I said "No it's fine I needed to get up anyway" I looked over at Rose and I saw that she was still learning how to fly Rose was able to stay in the air for 2 minutes before landing back on the ground. I said "You're doing a good job Rose" she smiled as she kept on trying Luke said, "She wants to get to a point where she can fly next to you". As the day went on I decided to have a look at the area since it had been a long time since I'd been on patrol as I was looking around there was a slight pain in my head again and whispers but these whispers weren't normal. The more I continued to walk further the worse the pain got in my head I said "Get out of my fucking head" Jack said, "Aw but it's more fun to manipulate you this way". I stabbed one of the trees with my knife knowing that it wouldn't help but if Jack was trying to take control over me then the others would know that I was in the area where my knife was. Jack said "It's time for you to come home there's unfinished work that needs to be done," I said "Like hell, I'm not going back-" Jack said "You don't have a choice" everything went dark after that. I woke up in a room with chains around my ankles which was nothing new I looked over to the corner of the room and saw someone standing there I said "You just going to fucking stand there and stare at me". Jack said "Been waiting for you to wake up, now let's get to work" he walked over to me to unlock the chains around my ankles I stood there as I heard the chains come off. Jack had me follow him into a different room Jack said "Here she is sir" the mysterious man said "Good bring her in" I walked into the room glaring at Jack then I looked at the person behind the curtains. I said "What do you want from me," the mysterious man said "What I want is for you to work for us" I said "Not happening I don't even know who you are" the mysterious man said, "My identity is not important to you". A small wave of pain hit my head I had a feeling that Slender was trying to reach out to me somehow the mysterious man said "You will return to the others while working for us. If you happen to disobey we will take something important from you" I said "lay a hand on them and I kill you where you sit" I didn't like he threatened to bring my family into this. I couldn't say no or he'd kill them so I reluctantly agreed knowing that Slender wouldn't be happy about this but I don't know how long this will last.
