Chapter 33

What felt like an eternity but was only a month and a half I was able to leave my room I walked outside opened up my wings and took to the air Luke was outside with the kids Hunter happened to point at me as I took to the skies. Luke said "Mommy is happy to be out of bed can you say Mommy" Hunter smiled hiding his face in Luke's shoulder I flew by picking up Rose as she laughed and smiled. Luke looked back over at Hunter seeing that he was getting sleepy Luke said "Come on buddy let's put you down for your nap" after a while I flew back to the ground with Rose once we landed on the ground. I sensed a presence behind us not too far from where we were standing Rose went into the mansion to get something to drink I said "Come out" Jessie said "Hey long time no see" I walked over to Jessie hugging her. I said "How are Layla and Jessica doing I know it's been a long time for them as well" Jessie said, "They are doing good worried about you wondering when you will be able to hang out with us again". I said "I'm hoping soon but I don't know how soon that will be with my schedule being fucked all to hell," Jessie said, "It's alright, plus we love your surprise visits anyways". As time went on Jessie walked back home and I walked back into the mansion seeing Rose watch Ben play his video game I smiled as I walked upstairs to my room getting ready to take a shower. As I was in the process of getting undressed I felt someone's hands around my waist I looked up to see that it was Luke standing behind me. Luke said "I'm glad to see you out of bed," I said "So am I" I started blushing feeling Luke's hand go somewhere I turned around as Luke kissed me and pinned me to the bed this was something we both wanted but I don't know if my body is ready. I said "L-Luke wait" Luke stopped his eyes meeting mine I said "I want this, I want to do this more than anything but," Luke said "If you want to wait until your body is ready. I can wait there's no rush" I smiled at Luke as he placed a kiss on my cheek Jeff walked into my room seeing Luke on top of me Jeff's gaze refused to meet mine Jeff said, "dinner is done when you're ready". Jeff left the room closing the door behind him Luke got off me and pulled me up Luke said "You go take your shower and I'll save you a plate" I nodded and walked into the bathroom to shower. I was happy that Luke was willing to wait until my body was ready I got into the shower feeling the warmth of the water hit my skin. Once I was done I got dressed in some comfy clothes and walked downstairs to eat dinner as I was walking downstairs I saw Ben and Luke playing a game together with Rose cheering on Luke. I walked into the kitchen grabbed my plate of food and walked back into the living room to watch Luke and Ben play their game I said "So who's winning" Rose said, "Daddy is winning". 

The day went on and I put Rose to bed covering her up with her blanket I walked over to our room sitting down on the bed feeling a nice breeze come through my window I placed my hand where my wound used to be on my side. Luke walked into the room putting his hand on mine I looked up at him and smiled I said "Rose is in bed sleeping" Luke said "Is she liking her new room" I said, "She likes it just something she's going to have to get used to". Luke kissed my neck causing me to blush then got up to change into his pajamas I got under the covers and Luke soon followed pulling me close to him. The both of us fell asleep in each other's embrace my mind was no longer racing I was able to sleep with a quiet mind, the rest of the night was quiet until it was morning again I woke up to the sound of rain hitting the windows of my room. The rain was coming down hard I tried to sit up in bed only to be pulled closer I said "Luke I need to sit up for a minute to check something" Luke said, "Stay like this for a while longer". I sighed and crawled back under the blankets thinking that it was probably a thunderstorm outside after a while I knock was placed on my door I asked who it was. Ben said "It's me the power to the mansion is out and Rose came running downstairs scared" Luke got up out of bed and put on some clothes I soon followed behind him. As we walked downstairs Rose ran up to us scared I said "It's okay Rose it's just a bit of rain and thunder" Rose said "Thunder scary Mommy" Luke looked around to find some light and found some candles. Luke started lighting the candles placing them on the table and lit the fireplace Luke said "I know it's not much light but it will have to do" Masky said, "Slender is holding off on missions until the storm clears". Something started not to feel right I said "Where's Hunter, he's never quiet for this long," Jane said "Don't worry I have him" I calmed down seeing that Hunter was with Jane. Time went on and so did the never-ending rain I said "It's gonna be another flood situation again is it" Hoodie said "It's possible" I looked over at Rose who was sleeping through the storm. I went to get up from the couch to look for something in the kitchen but immediately sat back down after getting dizzy Luke looked over and saw what happened. Luke said "You okay," I said "Yeah I'm fine just got a bit dizzy I wanted to get something to snack on from the kitchen" Luke walked over to the kitchen grabbing a variety of snacks. Bringing them into the living room and setting them down on the table I looked at the variety of snacks on the table and picked one out to snack on Luke sat down next to me on the couch as he placed a blanket over us.
