Chapter 59

Lilly was getting a bit older day by day, and I still hadn't heard anything from Slener, which was unusual for him since he always keeps tabs on us, no matter if we are on a mission for him or not wonder if Luke still thinks I'm pissed at him. Masky hasn't shown up as of recent, which led me down the hole, 'they're sick and tired of looking for me all the time' Lilly was down for her nap as I sat down on the bed crying. Rose, Hunter, and Jade were probably wondering why their mother hadn't returned home, as more words like 'they abandoned me' kept on running through my head at some point, I cried myself to sleep. When I woke up, it looked like I was back at the mansion, which didn't seem right I kept looking around the room, then Lilly I frantically started looking for her I said, "LILLY!" ever so faintly; I could hear her crying downstairs I ran out of the room. I could hear Lilly crying in the living room as Ben and Eyeless Jack were hovering over her I ran over and immediately pulled them away from her, and I pulled her into my arms gently I said, "Shhhh, baby mama is here, shhhhh, you're okay....." both Ben and Eyeless Jack looked shocked at how fast I moved. I said, "How in the hell did you find me" Ben said, "Masky told us you were in an abandoned cabin just a ways off the edge of the cliff" I said, "he wouldn't leave us like that" the room went dead quiet because they found you alone with a baby in the cabin but the fact that you said 'he' suggested that you werent alone. Ben said, "What do you mean 'he'?" I said, "What?" Eyeless Jack said, "Don't start playing dumb now Masky told us you were alone in a cabin with a baby; now you're saying you weren't alone". They had backed you into a corner; tears started slipping from your eyes, and down your cheeks into Lilly's hair Ben said, "Who was with you in the cabin" I said, "Please don't...." Eyeless Jack said, "Don't what?" I said, "Don't kill him" and that was all the answers they needed to know who you were with in the cabin. Ben said, "Has he hurt you or...." you shook your head no, which was a shock; before you wanted nothing to do with him other than dead, and now Eyeless Jack said, "Is Lilly Luke's?" you shook your head no; that alone was also terrifying and shocking. I said, "She's scared.... I didn't mean to hide her from you...." Ben said, "We get it; you had given birth to her in a thunderstorm, and you didn't want to risk her getting extremely sick" Eyeless Jack agreed. I said, "But she's already 3 months old" Eyeless Jack said, "She'll warm up to us eventually on her own time and terms" you nodded; you didn't realize it, but Lilly was asleep against your chest you walked upstairs and placed her in the crib that was in your room. Once she was in the crib, you walked over to your bed and sat down as tears continued to fall again, hoping that Slender wasn't pissed at you, and the fact that he hadn't said anything to you yet made you worry.
