Chapter 53

Months had gone by as Luke was starting to slowly earn my trust back, weather its alone time with us or earning the kid's trust back, but still never came close to dating, and Smile dog stayed close to me like he was trying to protect me, but I know that the only time Smile dog gets like this is if I was pregnant and last time I checked I wasnt. One morning i was sitting on the couch with Smile dog while the kids played with Ben on his video games as Jeff walks over to me causing Smile dog to growl at him Jeff said "the fuck is your problem dude" I said "he knows I'm still healing Jeff" i looked at him Jeff said "or your pregnant" I said "I'm not pregnant" my wings twitched in agitation while yes i did sleep with someone but they dont need to know that. I said, "I still get my period every month, so back the fuck off Jeff" he walked off a bit pissed, but he would get over it I looked down at Smile dog, seeing that he was nuzzling and gently licking my stomach. That same night i was in my bathroom, staring at a pregnancy test as it read negative i let out a sigh of relief and threw it away as I walked over to my bed and lay down as Smile dog curled up next to me, his head resting on the side of my stomach, watching the door as I fell asleep. Days had passed as Smile dog still growled at anyone that came near except for the kids but mostly at Jeff and a bit at Masky which was new for him at least but for Jeff he was getting tired of it Jeff said "i dont know what your fucking problem is Smile dog but this shit needs to stop" Smile dog might have been protecting me from Jeff knowing he tried to kill me before but i dont know. Later that night Jane walked up to me as Smile dog have a soft low growl I said "hey boy its okay shes not going to hurt me" he quieted for now Jane said "you doing okay" I said "yeah im doing fine, i took a test it came back negative i dont know why hes acting like this" Jane said "Slender knows about Smile dogs behavior and cant figure it out either". Then Jeff burst down the stairs with the test I took yesterday in his hand Jeff said, "The hell is this!?" I said, "The hell were you doing in my fucking room!" Smile dog started growling Jeff said, "I asked a question" I said, "If you used your damn eyes its a negative pregnancy test". Jeff said "thought you said your periods were coming normally" I said "and they still fucking are Jeff!" Jeff said "then why the test" I said "to see why Smile dog was acting like this! Fucking hell am i not allowed to have privacy in this damn house anymore!?" Jane said "you did cross a line Jeff thats not like you". Jeff said, "I'm just looking out for her" I said "by going through my shit!?" Jeff stayed quiet for a moment as Smile dog kept on growling at him ready to snap then you felt something coming up your throat I said "I think im gonna be sick" I got up and quickly walked into the bathroom and threw up.
