Mysterious Adventure Part 2

Chapter 41

I saw the figure walking around the mansion I managed to stay hidden so the figure wouldn't see me as I was getting closer to them they noticed me sneaking up behind them I wanted to lunge at them but my body froze seeing that the person walking around was Jeff. I said "What are you doing Jeff," Jeff said "I came to see you of course" something seemed off Slender had Masky put Jeff down in the cellar so what could he be doing up here unless he escaped. I tried not to think about the things Jeff had done to me every time Jeff took a step forward I took a step back until I was backed into a wall, and my grip started loosening the knife I had in my hand. I said "J-Jeff please stop" Jeff said "Now why would I do that" Jeff reached out his hand placing it on my arm I gripped onto the knife again and stabbed Jeff in his shoulder. Once I did this I pushed Jeff out of the way and started running but Jeff managed to grab ahold of my shirt causing me to fall to the ground as well as Jeff but I tried to push him off me as he pinned me to the floor. I went to try to grab my knife again but Jeff wouldn't let me move Jeff's free hand was moving somewhere it shouldn't until I saw something rip Jeff off of me. I sat up to see that it was one of Slender's tendrils trying to catch my breath as my body was trembling I could hear Jade crying from upstairs in my room and got scared from the ruckus that was going on in the living room. I looked over back at Jeff seeing that he was knocked out from Slender's static Slender said "I'll be back to check on you in a bit" Slender teleported with Jeff back to the cellar. Luke came running downstairs when he was done taking care of Jade as he went to touch my shoulder I flinched tears ran down my cheeks. Luke said, "Did something happen?" I said "Jeff... he got out of his cell" Luke wanted to pull me into a hug but with my body trembling he sat next to me instead I tried to calm my body down but it wasn't working. Something seemed off with Jeff but I couldn't figure out what, Luke gently pulled me onto his lap feeling the warmth from his body caused me to fall asleep. By the next morning, I woke up in bed hearing the others downstairs chatting I got out of my pajamas and into some clean clothes once I was done getting dressed I walked downstairs into the living room. I could tell that they were worried about me Slender stood in the corner of the room Slender said "Jeff has been locked back up in his cell" Masky said, "he's going to get out again, not even sure how the hell he even got out in the first place". Jane said "We need to figure out how he was able to get out of his cell in the first place," I said "Something is wrong with Jeff" Hoodie said "What do you mean" I said, "I saw it in his eye's last night... he's being controlled, someone". Slender said "Go on" I hesitated for a moment before answering I said "It might be the one who had control over me" Masky said "But how would Zalgo have gotten to Jeff if he was here at the mansion or out on a mission". 

I felt someone touch my shoulder causing my body to flinch and tense up Luke removed his hand from my shoulder, and the others saw this Masky said "If Jeff is under Zalgo's control we need to work and act fast" Ben said, "we need to get him to snap out of it". I said "The only way I was able to break free was because of Slender's interference but also" I looked over at Masky and Eyeless Jack for helping fake my death for Zalgo. As the others were talking I walked into the kitchen with Luke to find something to eat Luke said "Why don't you stay at my parent's place for tonight maybe a few days at least". I said "And what am I supposed to do when Rose or Hunter want a hug or try to get my attention and I just tense up" Luke said "They will understand" I said "And what about your parents, when they see me tease up". Luke grew silent they hadn't seen me like this they would think Luke had something to do with it Luke said "Everything is going to be okay, I'm sure of it". I said "Okay I'll go stay at your parent's place for a few days" Luke smiled placing a kiss on the side of my forehead then walked back into the living room where the others were while I stayed in the kitchen. Some hours passed and I was at Luke's parent's place with Jade, I placed her in the crib upstairs in Luke's room Rose and Hunter were excited to see their new baby sister. Rose said "She's so tiny," Hunter said "Will we be able to play with her Mommy" I said "Not yet Hunter she's still fragile right now" Luke's mom walked over to the door watching me play with Rose, and Hunter. As it was getting late I tucked Rose and Hunter into bed placing a kiss on their foreheads walking out of the room I closed the door quietly and gently behind me I walked downstairs into the living room and sat on the couch. Luke's mother walks over to me setting a cup of hot chocolate on the table next to me Luke's mom said "For you dear, it's to help warm you up" I said, "Thank you, and I thank you for watching over Rose and Hunter for us I can only imagine that you must be tired of it by now". Luke's mother said "No problem at all, we enjoy the company plus they keep us on our toes we love watching over our two grandkids and we will gladly watch over Jade for you as well" I smiled thankful that Luke's parents loved watching over Rose and Hunter. I finished my hot chocolate and I walked into the kitchen to wash the cup and placed it in the dish drainer I walked upstairs to Luke's room and I got ready for bed. I woke up in the middle of the night with the feeling that I was being watched I looked around the room seeing that no one was there I looked over at the crib seeing that Jade was still asleep. I got up out of bed and walked over to the open window the markings on my body started to glow a bit "shit" I quickly ducked under the window hoping whatever was out there didn't see me.
