"Aren't I just blessed with the most beautiful face?" Heeseung asks himself in the mirror as he fixes his hair, it was Jaeje's first day at work at he was pretty sure he was more excited than she was.
"Dad wants you down for breakfast, no excuses" Heejin says on the other side of the door.
"Fuck me" he says quietly, but his sister somehow manages to hear him.
"I'm sure you have lots of women on your contacts for that" she tells him and walks back downstairs.
"That I do" he says, taking out his phone from his pocket and scrolling through the numbers he actually bothered to save.
"Thank you for joining us" His dad says sarcastically as he sits down while internally rolling his eyes.
"I try my best" he replies and prepares a plate for himself.
"I take it the deal with your friend Jay went well" his father begins.
"As always" he says back taking a bite out of his breakfast.
"There are times I wish you would actually learn a thing or two from that boy, he knows how to keep his head straight" there's a line he's heard for many years.
"And his balls blue, but live life I guess" Heeseung mutters to himself.
"Before I forget, you found a new secretary yes? the last was a bit too over emotional in my opinion" his father asks, knowing his son's history with his workers.
"I say he just hires a man, they're less prone to fall for him" Heejin shrugs, putting in her two cents.
"What exactly happened with your last boyfriend" Heeseung bats his eyelashes as Heejin secretly flips him off.
"How was I supposed to know he was gay?" she pouts sipping her drink.
"The many times he came over just to see your brother and left whenever he wasn't around darling" Heejin's mother speaks up, having been quiet to let the father-son duo go about their usual morning routine.
"Yeah" Heejin says dejectedly.
"This has been a wonderful morning, but I need to get to work" Heeseung stands and waves a goodbye as he steps out of the dining area and heads to his car.
"What am I going to do with that boy?" his dad sighs and pushes his own plate aside.
"Morning Nari, has my" Heeseung greets, but is cut off by the energetic receptionist.
"New secretary come in? not yet, but I'll be sure to get her to your office in one piece" the girl smiles and nods.
"Thank you darling" he sends her a flying kiss and watches as the blush spreads through her cheeks before getting into the elevator.
"Every time" he says as he begins to ascend up.
"Um, good morning I'm the-" Jaeje approaches the receptionist, Nari, as Hyejin said, but is cut off.
"New secretary? good, Mr. Lee was just asking about you, your Id should be ready by tomorrow and I'll have to fill you in on how things are done here and I'm sure Mr. Lee will inform you of your daily responsibilities once you enter his office, just take the elevator to the very last floor" Nari says and Jaeje wonders if the girl actually stopped to breath.
"Thank you" she says after a couple seconds and walks towards the elevator.
Upon getting off at the last floor, she sees there's a desk in front of a door which must lead to his office and strides to open it, impressed by the interior.
"Welcome Mrs. Lee" Heeseung greets as he looks up from his desktop.
"Morning, your office is beautiful" Jaeje compliments, still standing.
"Have a seat, let me fill you in, yeah?" Heeseung motions to the chair opposite his table.
"I hope this is work appropriate? I'm not keen on skirts" Jaeje says, looking over her outfit again. She had worn a white blouse with a grey blazer and pants.
"Perfect" he tells her and she fills herself relax a bit.
"I'm not a difficult man to please, I prefer a Mocha Latte every morning, I have lunch by two, if I stay later at work you'll have to stay too, I prefer to have any meeting involving breakfast, lunch or dinner on the Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, no more than two meetings a day, if I do not have a partner for the occasional events, you automatically become that partner
I have lunch with my friends once every week as you saw yesterday, though it can't be with all every time seeing as we have hectic schedules, but we make it work. Make sure anything going on in the evenings don't run too late since I go clubbing at times, I will give you the contract stating all your privilege's here in the office as my secretary and your salary of course as well as your number of off days from work, minus the days in which you are sick, and before I forget you will be provided with a work area just outside my office, did you get all this?" Heeseung questions as he finishes stating some of the terms.
"I'll have to write it down, but I hear you loud and clear" she gulps, replaying all he said in her head.
"Very good sweetheart, you can start with that Latte" Heeseung motions to the other end of the room where the machine is and Jaeje nods, getting up to make the drink.
Heeseung's eyes linger until his phone rings out, he checks to see who it is and can't help but smile.
"Morning Mi-Sun, I see you got my text earlier" Heeseung says once he picks up, remembering Heejin's words from when he was in the bathroom.
"Morning to you, I haven't heard in a while" the girls pitchy voice speaks out, a hint of suspicion in it.
"You know I traveled for a while after I completed my last contract, can't exactly reach you in Hawaii, but maybe I should take you along next time" Heeseung reassures the girl, having learnt all the things the girl likes to hear.
"I'll be there at 2" the girl laughs over the phone and hangs up, leaving Heeseung to smirk in victory, glancing at Jaeje for a couple more seconds before turning back to his desktop.
A/N: Don't even know how my updating schedule works anymore.
