"Oh you're back, your girlfriend came over" Heejin said as Heeseung walked into the house later that Sunday night.
"Girlfriend? " Heeseung asked, wondering which girl had mistaken themselves for his girlfriend this time.
"Yeah the nice one that convinced mum to let me go for my friends goodbye party" Heejin explained.
"Oh Jaeje, and no she's not my girlfriend" Heeseung cleared up, tossing himself onto the couch as he massaged his forehead.
"Did she say she was? " he later asked, raising his eyebrows.
"No idea, mum just said she came over to drop off the clothes I borrowed" Heejin shrugs, eyes still glued to her phone.
"Alright then, I'm going to take a shower, scream for me when it's time for dinner" Heeseung said to her and proceeded to go upstairs, ready for a hot shower.
Heeseung leaned against his shower wall as he let the water spray above him, his mind drifting.
"Eomma let's go" Heeseung pulled his mother's hand as he dragged her to the bathroom, only a towel circling his waist.
"If you had your way you'd stay in the tub all day" his mother laughed as she followed the little boy.
"I'm gonna swim! " he exclaimed as he got in, splashing the water around.
"With what space? I'll take you to the pool another time" she said, dragging the boy closer to give him a bath.
"Noo, I'll do it myself" he struggled against her hold.
"You can do that when you're older" she said, giving him kisses on his face, making him laugh and squirm.
"Alright I'm gonna dip you! " she screamed and Heeseung found himself being submerged in the water before being immediately pulled out, making him laugh.
"And we're going again" his mother repeated.
Once.
Twice.
Thrice.
Heeseung, now years older, suddenly found himself outside, just in front of the bathroom door.
"Eomma, open the door! " he screamed as he constantly banged the door, wanting his mother to open up.
"Open the door! " he screamed, now stomping his feet when he felt tiny splashes, looking down to see bloodied water escaping.
Not seeing any other option he ran under to the empty room his mother usually stored things and found a metal rod, running back to the bathroom to try and break the lock.
Bang.
Bang.
Bang.
Bang.
Heeseung jolted out of his thoughts as he heard someone bang on his door.
"Dinners ready" Heejin screamed before running back down.
Sighing, he turned off the shower and quickly went to put on somme clothes, using a smaller towel to dry his hair.
"You're late" his father said as he arrived at the table, taking a seat next to his sister.
"Sorry, next time I'll try to be here at a time more convenient for you" Heeseung inwardly rolled his eyes, not wasting time to dig in to his food.
"Don't start with that attitude, if you can't do anything else then at least stop all those girls of yours from coming over here, how disrespectful" his father warned, tone laced with disgust.
"She was kindly returning the clothes Heejin borrowed her, and I would really appreciate it if you don't compare her to some kind of prostitute" Heeseung retorted, eyes glaring at his father.
"Oh please, don't act as if she isn't one of your many" his father rolled his eyes.
"Well wasn't my mother one of yours hm? Should I show the same treatment you gave to her!" Heeseung screamed, a visible vain pulsing.
"Don't you dare raise your voice at me, you're more than welcomed to leave this place! " his father shouted back, hitting the table.
"Fine" Heeseung scoffed pushing his plate aside as he stood up.
"Oppa" Heejin held on to his wrist, eyes glazed. He removed his hand from her grip, raking through her hair in silent comfort before leaving the table.
Skip ahead to the next day and Heeseung was looking over papers in his office, having been silent the whole day.
"Ok what's wrong?" Jaeje asked as she barged in, crossing her arms as she stood in front of his desk.
"Wrong with? " he asked, not looking up.
"With you, I don't think I've ever seen you in this bad a mood" she explained.
"I'm thinking of moving" he revealed, much to her shock.
"So suddenly, I thought you were waiting for your sister to graduate and run off to college" she said confused.
"Yeah well I think I've been patient enough" he told her, sighing heavily.
"Well, if that's what you want, I can check out a few places" she said after a moment of silence.
"That would be appreciated" he said, going back to work.
She stared at him as be worked, noticing how tired and..... Sad he looked. Scolding herself she went around his desk and sat on his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck in a hug.
"Not that I'm complaining, but why? " he asked, though he also wrapped his arms around her waist, staring straight at her.
"Well you need comfort and I'm horrible at that, so physical contact is the next best thing" she said, giving him a smile.
"Thanks" he said, nuzzling his face in her neck, rubbing her back.
"Yeah yeah, enjoy the few minutes of me being your personal teddy bear" she rolled her eyes, but laid her head on his shoulder.
It was silent for awhile before Jaeje felt a small pinch on her neck.
"Are you actually biting me right now?! " she exclaimed.
"Maybe" he said, giving her small bites.
"This is what I get for trying to comforting you" she said as she lifted her head, drawing his from her neck.
"You feeling better? " she whispered as she saw his eyes move down to her lips.
They stared at each other in silence as the tension shifted, Jaeje's lips parting slightly, as if silently asking him as he leaned closer, eyes closing as their lips met.
She felt the heat wash over her as he drew her closer, leaning forward until her back hit the desk, the kissing intensifying.
She tried willing herself to push him back, wanting to stick to her rule of keeping this professional, but was silenced as she opened her mouth to speak, Heeseung taking the opportunity to deepen the kiss automatically silencing her thoughts as her mind went blank.
Her hands soon found its place in his hair as he moved his hands to her thighs, wrapping her legs around his waist as he moved to her neck, his mind completely fogged.
Her toes curled as she whimpered, head falling back as proceeded to suck on her neck, moving his hips to give them both some friction.
"We should- should-" Jaeje tried to get some words out, falling back silent as Heeseung leans back onto his chair, hands moving back to her waist, moving his hips faster as he pulled her closer, so that both their faces were hidden in their necks as they rocked against each other.
"You have no idea how badly I want you right now" he breathed out as kept kissing her neck, feeling the heat pull at his stomach.
"Don't stop" she whined as held onto him tightly, squeezing his shirt in her hands.
"I won't, I promise" he said as he went back to kissing her.
'I'm fucked' they both thought to themselves.
