Iron man took a team of flying superheroes and was about to take off after the Green Goblin when someone else decided to join too.

"Hey... I know I'm not in the best shape, but I'm doing better and I... I wanna come." Peter suggested.

"Pete, I know you really wanna tag along. But I need you to guarantee me that you are ready, healed enough, and are mentally and psychologically stable enough to come." Tony said.

"My healing factor is up and running again so other then some small cuts, bumps, and bruises, I'm good physically. And as for mentally and psychologically, that's the reason why I need to do this. I need... I need some sort of closure. For Gwen." He whispered that last part. No one seemed to hear but Falcon. Only because he knew what to listen for.

"Alright. But be careful. We don't want you worse off than you already are." Tony agreed. And they were off.

The rest of the heroes wanted to help in other ways. Some tried to track down the other villains, some tried to help Jason and Bucky get back on their feet and in fighting condition. Or at least close to it. Roy and Kate however thought that now was as good a time as ever to finish their project. The 'special' arrow.

While they worked, there were some things they needed to talk about.

"So... we umm..." Roy started. "What is this going to lead up to?"

"What do you mean?" Kate asked.

"I like you and you like me. But we're from two different worlds. Literally." Roy joked.

"Yeah..." Kate sighed. "I can't leave here and you can't stay...."

"Does this make me very vain? I did basically fall in love with myself." Roy pondered.

"Maybe." Kate shrugged. "I guess though that this means we will inevitably be forced apart. We can't be with each other."

"Then let's enjoy it now." Roy said. "No need to worry about something ending and then miss it happening."

"You're right. Live in the moment." Kate smiled. "How's Jason?"

"I'm not really sure. I haven't seen him a lot since he got back. He's going through a lot of stuff that's more of a family situation." Roy answered. "I'll probably go see him later, I just wanna give him some space until he's back on his feet."

"That makes sense."

Even though they weren't in the best shape, Jason and Bucky were both dying to get back at the evil men who made them suffer the past month. Jason was trying to get around more and get back to eating and drinking without his stomach going NO! Bucky was trying to get used to his new arm and was trying to get back into fighting condition. Overprotective-mom-friend Steve though thought he was doing too much too soon.

Bucky was currently in the training room working out with a punching bag when Steve came in.

"Hey, Buck." He began. "Are you sure..."

"I'm fine, Steve. I promise." Bucky laughed.

"I just don't want you to overdo it and hurt yourself even more." Steve explained. "And you are definitely hitting that punching bag very very hard. You're going to tear your stitches."

"All I gotta do is imagine purple, black, and green masks, evil red smiles, straw, and a weird haircut." Bucky stated. "Guess it just brings the anger out in me."

"I know you want to get back at them. You've made that very clear. Just don't push yourself. Alright?" Steve asked.

"Yes, dad." Bucky joked as he used his left arm and punched the bag off its hook.

Steve left the room and ran into Diana in the hall. He wasn't paying attention and walked right into her.

"Sorry, I..." She interrupted him.

"It's fine." Diana smiled. "And about Bucky. If he's anything like Jason, he'll get into more trouble if he's unavenged."

Steve laughed. "Yeah, you're probably right."

Tony lead his team to the place Green Goblin was spotted on camera. They all looked around and couldn't find anything. They were about to turn back and return to the compound. Before they did however, a golden ball came flying out of nowhere and blew up the area of the building they were on. All of the heroes were ok, and when the Green Goblin showed up and flew across the sky, they began to chase after him.
