Zemo/Baron Zemo: No. He doesn't dance. He's not a good guy now, he's a bad guy. At least in the comics. I do have to say though that him dancing in FATWS was phenomenal. But no, he's a bad guy. He is actually Zemo 2. His father was also Zemo and is the one responsible for killing Captain America and Bucky.

Red Skull/Johann Schmitt: He's German. And a nazi. That's pretty much all you need to know. He hates Captain America and once had his mind fused with Bucky's old Soviet handler, giving him access to some of Bucky's past and weaknesses.
