Chapter 8: Bug Infestation, Part 2
Roger and Belinda meanwhile were in the computer room.
"Can't believe I have to be with you." Roger said.
"I'm not THAT bad." Belinda said.
"No, but you're in my way."
"Heh, at least you're not as stubborn as Vic. She's got matters."
"We all have emotions, Belinda."
"Thank you, Captain Obvious."
"Let's just not fight any longer and see what viruses we have to get rid of from these computers…"
"Alright, fine…"
Then, Roger heard buzzing from outside.
"Do you hear that?" He asked Belinda.
"Hear what?" Belinda replied back.
"It's coming from outside the computer room…"
Roger then walked to the front door and opened it. He saw that nothing was in the hallways, outside of the computer room. He closed the door.
"Nothing." Roger said. "Maybe I was wearing things."
"Maybe you were." Belinda said as she then got one of the computers working again. "Can't do all of this shit myself!"
"Ok, I'm coming! Have patience, jeez!"
Outside, a glitchy wasp was slowly coming out of a ceiling vent. It gazed at the door to the computer room where Roger and Belinda were doing their tasks.
"Let's see…" Roger said. "Yep, this one is now running! Looks like we got all of the computers up and running!"
Belinda then turned to the door.
"Let's go find Kendall and Caroline to see what they're up to." He said as she then approached the door. "I'm certain that they're alright or something."
Belinda then opened the door to see the glitchy wasp and then quickly closed the door.
"OR MAYBE NOT!" She shouted in fear.
"Huh?!" Roger said, confused. "What's going on?"
"Something is outside!"
Both then heard the glitchy wasp making a buzzing noise outside.
"Yep, now I hear it!" Belinda shouted.
"Ok, don't panic!" Roger said. "Let's see…"
Roger then waved his two hands to pull up his inventory.
"I don't know what these are!" He said, "A flashbang? And a Firefly's Radar Dart?"
"Use the flashbang!" Belinda said.
"Ok, I will!"
Roger then pulled out a flashbang.
"Ok, open the door!" He shouted at Belinda.
Belinda then quickly opened the door. The wasp then quickly went inside.
"SHIT!" Belinda shouted. "IT'S FAST!"
Roger then throws the flashbang at the wasp, blinding it.
"OK, RUN!" He shouted at Belinda.
Roger and Belinda both exited the computer room and were running down the hallways.
"Just where did it come from?!" Belinda shouted.
"I don't know!" Roger shouted back. "But we gotta hide!"
