Chapter 44: Dragonfly’s Turn, Part 3
Dragonfly meanwhile was using his lasers to destroy the barbed wires.
“Hopefully they won’t know…” Yamato said, “This idea of yours might have a mixed reaction.”
“Oh shut it!” Juan shouted, “This is my game and my game alone!”
“If I was still alive, then I would have slapped you silly.”
“And I would have slapped you silly if I was a ghost!”
“Do you want to bet?”
“Bet!”
Roger meanwhile heard the barbed wire getting destroyed.
“What the heck is going on?” He wonders as he reaches his arm out to forcefully grab his Radar Dart back. “I’m gonna see who’s out there.”
Roger then throws the Radar Dart farther, revealing Juan’s silhouette.
“Ah-ha!” Roger shouted as Caroline and Belinda saw the silhouette as well.
“Kendall!” Caroline hollered. “We got company!”
Belinda then got out her Robotic Spider.
“Kendall changed plans.” He said to Roger and Caroline, “I’m gonna attack first.”
“Good luck with that!” Roger said,
Juan then saw the radar dart’s light brighter.
“They found us!” Juan shouted as he finally destroyed the barbed wires.
“What now?!” Yamato shouted,
Both then heard crawling from afar. Yamato then saw Belinda’s Robotic Spider crawling towards Juan.
“RUN!” Yamato shouted, “ARACHNID’S ROBOTIC SPIDER IS COMING FOR YOU!”
Juan then got up and ran to a ceiling vent.
“Then I’ll just take it in there!” He shouted,
“What are you–” Yamato shouted,
“SHUT UP AND WATCH ME, PRICK!”
Juan then saw the robotic spider, quickly grabbed it as it was close and threw it up in the ceiling vents. Juan then ducked as the spider created a big explosion.
“HOLY SHIT!” Yamato shouted,
“TOLD YA!” Juan shouted as he laughed a bit. “CAN’T STAND YOUR ASS!”
Belinda then heard the explosion go down.
“Did I get them?!” She shouted, “Or not?! I don’t know! I can’t tell!”
Then, crawling occurred from the ceilings.
“Oh you didn’t get Dragonfly!” Kendall shouted as they and Nat appeared. “You got the swarm above!”
“Oh fuck.” Belinda said.
