Chapter 48: Monarch Butterfly’s Terror, Part 3
Kendall and their friends then rushed in a hallway until they turned to a dead end.
“OH SHIT!” Kendall shouted. “A DEAD END!”
“WE’RE SCREWED!” Caroline shouted,
“WE GOTTA THINK OF SOMETHING!”
Kendall and their friends then saw the glitchy bugs crawling up to them.
“SHIT!” Kendall shouted.
Roger then saw a ceiling vent above.
“Ceiling vent!” He shouted as he pointed the others to a ceiling vent above. “Let’s go in there!”
“How?!” Kendall shouted,
“I don’t know!”
The glitchy bugs were halfway close to them.
“Wait! I have an idea!” Roger shouted, “When these bugs attack, we jump on them and hit the vent above!”
“Good idea!” Kendall shouted,
One of the centipedes then attacked. Kendall then jumped on the centipede and got into the vent.
“OK!” They shouted, “I’M IN!”
Another centipede then attacked as Caroline then got into the vent. Kendall then helped her get in the vent as well.
“I’M IN TOO!” Caroline shouted,
“OK!” Kendall shouted down at Roger and Nat. “YOU TWO ARE NEXT!”
One of the two centipedes then attacked again. Roger then jumped on the centipede and got into the vent.
“I’M IN!” Roger shouted,
Nat then tried to jump on the same centipede, but was mauled down by a wasp.
“NAT!” Kendall shouted in fear.
“KENDALL!” Nat shouted in fear. “GET OFF OF ME!”
Mira then looked at Nat trying to escape from a wasp.
“Pathetic.” She said as she aimed her gun at Nat. “Helping out ghosts eh? I suppose I’ll prevent that from happening.”
Mira then shot her revolver at Nat.
“GAAAAAH!!!” Nat shouted in pain.
“NAT!” Kendall shouted, “NO! DON’T DIE ON ME!”
Kendall then got out of the vents.
“KENDALL!” Caroline shouted as she and Roger stopped him. “IT’S TOO LATE! NAT IS GONE!”
“D-DAMN IT!” Kendall shouted as they had tears in their eyes.
“GET BACK IN!” Roger shouted,
Caroline and Roger then got Kendall back in the vents and crawled away.
