Chapter 24: The Big Sabotage, Part 2
The 5 ghosts then floated to where Yamato and Juan would be at, in the computer rooms.
“This is the same area where me and Richard sabotaged Fritz back when he was still alive.” Ivy said.
“How did you two even do that?” Fritz wonders.
Ivy pulls out a device.
“With this.” She replied, “We just hack into their computers and play around with them.”
“Demonstrate.” Chloe said. “I want to see what’s up.”
Ivy then smirks as she floats over to the computers where Yamato and Juan would be at.
“Now, I need to send these emails to Monarch Butterfly.” Yamato said.
“Sounds good.” Juan said. “And I’ll see what emails I got.”
Ivy then hacked the computers.
“Wh-What the fuck?!” Juan shouted.
“The computers are hacked!” Yamato shouted. “Are the ghosts here?!”
“I believe so! We can’t even see them though!”
“Hrgh… There should be a way to bypass their sabotaging!”
“How do we do that, Mosquito?”
“I don’t know… Perhaps there’s something–”
Then, a glitchy centipede came out of the vents and roared at them. Ivy then floated away back to her allies and the ghosts then floated away out of the computer room. Juan sighed.
“--We’ll deal with these things our way.” Juan said as he activates his Dragonfly Visions to shoot out lasers at the centipede.
“Right.” Yamato said as he pulled out his Mosquito Stingers to quickly teleport through the centipede with a slash from one of them. “The job is done.”
The centipede then collapsed and faded away, defeated.
“Excellent teamwork.” Juan said.
“Thanks.” Yamato said. “Same for you.”
“Now, let’s report to Mira on what to do with the sabotaging of these ghosts…”
As Yamato and Juan left the computer room, Ivy and the other 4 ghosts then reappeared to go into the computers.
“You can still use the computers?” Fritz asked.
“Of course!” Ivy replied. “Surprisingly!”
“What are you gonna do on it?” Richard asked.
“Give Monarch Butterfly an email! And maybe sabotage whatever she and her henchmen are doing right about now! But… I need ideas from you four!”
Meanwhile… Yamato and Juan were in the cafeteria.
“Is Monarch Butterfly here?” Juan asked.
“No.” Yamato replied. “Not here.”
Mira meanwhile was in her private room, looking at the cameras.
“I see…” She said, “Ladybug… She’s pretty… And lucky for Firefly and Arachnid to have…”
Mira then received an email on one of her laptops.
“Hmm?” She wonders. “An anonymous email? Never gotten one before…”
Mira then read the email.
“We’re here to take revenge.” She said, “Just wait.”
Mira then grew shocked.
“What the hell?!” She shouted, “Who sent me this email?!”
Mira then got out of her seat and turned away from the camera. She closed her eyes and thought.
“Ok, Mira…” She said to herself. “Keep calm… It’s probably one of the ghosts of the dead insects here that sent me this email…”
Mira then heard static and glitching as she turned to see her cameras being hacked.
“My cameras!” She shouted, “What happened to them?! Did the ghosts hack into them?!”
Mira then got another anonymous email on her laptop, which was still working.
“We’re coming for you…” She read the email.
Mira then pounds the desk with her fists.
“Damn ghosts!” She yelled with anger. “TWO CAN PLAY IT THAT GAME!”
Yamato and Juan then entered the room.
“Monarch Butterfly!” Yamato shouted. “The ghosts are sabotaging us!”
“Who do we need to do?!” Juan shouted. “Tell us right away!”
Mira turned around, angry.
“Shit!” Juan shouted. “Hey, are you ok, Monarch Butterfly?!”
“What does it look like?!” Mira shouted with anger. “The ghosts are sabotaging us all of a sudden!”
“We need to think of something!” Yamato shouted. “What do you have?!”
Mira then sighed.
“My henchmen…” She said, “I must apologize for being frustrated with these damn ghosts.”
Yamato and Juan both bow in forgiveness. Mira sighed again, calming herself down.
“Anyways… I have something that might help us through their hacking…” She said as she pulls something out and revealed them to Yamato and Juan. “Behold! My Monarch Butterfly’s Trump Cards!”
“What do these Trump Cards do?” Juan asked.
Mira then tosses two of her Trump Cards at Juan and Yamato.
“You two will find out for yourself.” She said, “And that will start by going after your next target.”
“We have a next target?” Yamato asked.
“Indeed.”
Mira then turned back to the cameras as they were working again. She zoomed in on Vic.
“Ladybug.” She said, “She seemed dangerous with the power of luck on her side thanks to her Lucky Watch. Assassinate her quietly and report me back the kill one of you committed”
“Yes ma’am.” Yamato and Juan said as they bowed and walked out of Mira’s room.
Mira sighed.
“Once again you ghostly assbags…” She said, “Two can play it at this game…”
