Chapter 49: Monarch Butterfly’s Terror, Patrt 4
Kendall, Caroline and Roger meanwhile were in the medicare room. Kendall was on the ground, taking deep breaths after crying their eyes out.
“Hey, it’s gonna be ok…” Caroline said as she patted Kendall’s back. “Don’t worry… We’ll carry on without Nat…”
Roger then looked around while holding his axe.
“No ceiling vents…” He said, “And there’s only one door that we enter from here… There should be more weapons to hold around here…”
Kendall then sighed heavily.
“I can’t…” They said, “This is too much for me… Nat was a trusted ally to us…”
“They were.” Caroline said, “But there’s no way for us to bring them back now that they’re a ghost.”
Mira meanwhile was walking around to find Kendall and their allies.
“Those three surely took the ceiling vent no problem, huh?” She wonders, “Hmph, The Kingdom is already surrounded by my aroma…”
Mira then saw Yamato and Juan’s ghosts.
“You two…” She said, “Fancy meeting you two here as ghosts…”
“Yes…” Yamato said.
Juan was silent.
“Yamato…” Mira said, “You did your duty and I commend you for it, and Juan… We have a lot to talk about when we win.”
“Whatever.” Juan said as he sighed.
“Anyways… You two will be my side for this last moment of the game. We are going to find Ant, Wasp and Firefly and take them down.”
Kendall, Caroline and Roger meanwhile were trying to find some stuff that they needed.
“Do we need anything?” Caroline asked.
“I honestly don’t know…” Kendall replied. “This is the last moment of the game and there’s… a lot going on here…”
Roger then found a bandage
“This is all I found.” He said, showing Kendall and Caroline the bandage, “Nothing else.”
“Wow.” Caroline said, “Mira really is slacking with medical treatment.”
“Remember the explosion?” Kendall asked.
“Oh yeah. Nevermind.”
Then, they heard crawling from outside of the medicare room.
“Keep quiet.” Roger whispered.
The crawling was gone.
“Ok, good…” Roger said, “We can leave now.”
They left the medicare room to go to their right. Caroline then saw the orange aroma set up by Mira.
“Woah!” She shouted, “Look!”
Glitchy mantises under Mira’s control appeared.
“Can the medicare room be a safe haven for us?” Roger wonders.
Kendall, Caroline and Roger then saw the aroma entering the medicare room.
“Nope, not anymore.” Kendall replied.
“Let’s run!” Roger shouted,
They run, only to then see Mira.
“GAAAH!” Kendall, Caroline and Roger shouted in fear.
“SURPRISE!” Mira shouted as she shot her revolver at Roger.
“ROGER!” Kendall shouted,
“ROGER!” Caroline shouted,
Roger then fell to the floor.
“YOU BITCH!” Caroline shouted as she got out her Rocket Launcher. “EAT THIS!”
Caroline then shot out a missile at Mira. Mira then ducked as the rockets hit the controlled bugs behind Mira, destroying them.
“Not bad…” Mira said, “Not bad at all…”
“SHIT!” Caroline shouted, “WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US?!”
Mira pointed her gun at Kendall and Caroline.
“For you two to die!” Mira shouted,
“STOP!” Kendall shouted as they picked up Roger’s axe. “LEAVE US ALONE!”
Mira then grabbed the axe and kicked Kendall down.
“You two are defenseless without Firefly!” Mira shouted, “So it would only be great if you finish the job at this last moment!”
Mira then shot at Caroline, but Caroline avoided the bullets as they hit the mantises.
“Damn it!” Mira shouted, “Doesn’t matter, I still have enough!”
Mira then throws an axe at Caroline, hitting her shoulder.
“CAROLINE!” Kendall shouted as they were about to get up.
