"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE'S RAN AWAY?" yelled George.
"IMPOSSIBLE!" Hazel shouted.
"THIS IS SIMPLY OUT-" I started to roar, but stopped. Everyone was looking curiously at Hazel.
"What," she said.
"What what?" said Lavinia. "You never shout," she pointed out.
"SHUT UP!" continued George. "WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM IN OUR HANDS!"
We all laughed except for Lavinia, who scrunched up her nose. "Really now, George," she said, shaking her head. "You should be thankful that at least one girl likes you. No girl would be liking you after that-" She turned pink.
"Who likes George?" I asked cheekily, raising my eyebrows.
"No one," muttered Lavinia.
"AHA!" screamed Alexander. He began scribbling ferociously in his notebook (which looked like doodles from my position, if you ask me).
"Goodness, Alexander. I almost forgot that you were there!" I said, in mock surprise. "And I think we made it clear that Hazel was doing the notetaking?"
Alexander rolled his eyes. "Since when?"
I flushed. "What do you mean, 'Since when?'? Have you been sitting inside a hole for your entire life?"
"Daisy," scowled Hazel.
"Right," I said. "Anyways, Hazel, you can go into Beanie's room and try to comfort her." Hazel nodded and began walking off to Beanie's room. "Alexander, whatever you've discovered, I would advise you to share it now." And with that, the whole group, waited for Alexander's answer.
"Well," began Alexander, in what he thought was a dramatic and important voice.
"Get on with it," I snapped impatiently. I suddenly remembered Hazel's first scowl. "Sorry," I added in a small voice.
"Anyway," Alexander continued, showing no emotion whatsoever. "I think we ought to do some investigating."
George sighed, disappointed that his best friend was now extremely slow-witted.
"In the room which Kitty and Beanie were sharing."
Now that, I thought. Made far more sense.
by the way, guys, I was looking through the story to see if I had made any mistakes and I found this really embarrassing mistake. I was actually about to die because of my stupidity. I can't believe it. MY BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN!!!!!!!
