"So, this kid's the real killer?" Stilinski asked, as he looked at the picture of Matt, making the three teenagers look at him.
"Yeah." Stiles said, making Stilinski shake his head at his son. Harlow and Scott glance at each other before looking back at Stiles and his dad.
"No." Stilinski said, making the three teens look at him in disbelief.
"Yes!" Stiles said, making Stilinski cross his arms.
"No." Stilinski said, making Stiles immediately stand up to look at his dad with pleading eyes.
"Dad, come on! Everybody knows that the police look for ways to connect victims in a murder, okay? So, all he had to do is, like, look through their transcripts and figure out which class they all had in common." Stiles said, before looking back at Scott and Harlow making them nod.
"Yeah, except for the fact that the rave promoter, Kara, wasn't in Harris' class." Stilinski said, making Stiles look at him with wide eyes.
"All right. Okay, you're right. Sorry. Then, I guess they dropped the charges against him?" Stiles asked, making Stilinski just raise a finger at him.
"No, you know what? They're not dropping the charges. But, that doesn't prove anything." Stilinski said, his voice filled with irritation. Stiles started to wave his hands around. "Harlow, Scott, do you believe this?" as he points to the yearbook.
"Oh." Stiles said, as Harlow and Scott just awkwardly glance at each other before looking back at Stilinski.
"It's really hard to explain how we know this, but you just gotta trust us. We know it's Matt." Scott said, making Harlow nod at the older male.
"But just try and understand." Harlow said, before looking at Stiles, giving him a nod.
"He took Harris' car, okay? Look, he knew that if a cop found tire tracks at one of the murders, and that if enough of the victims were in Harris' class, that they'd arrest him." Stiles said, making Stilinski continue to look at yearbook before sighing.
"All right, fine . I'll allow the remote possibility. But give me a motive. I mean, why would this kid want most of the 2006 swim team and its coach dead?" Stilinski asked, looking at the three teens, making Sties raise his hands.
