"hi~~" johnny leaned over the counter, as ten rolled his eyes. he smiled, passing johnny a cookie, and laughing when he saw the boy's eyes light up like a little kid's.
ten could see how anxious johnny still got when he left the house, from his body language to his eye movements. he wished he could be the boy's permanent bodyguard, but thought that was a funny image in his mind.
"want anything?" ten asked, watching johnny's lips as he pulled down his mask. he could kiss him right then and there.
"mm.. coffee."
"anything fancy?"
"nah, just coffee."
ten chuckled, starting to make the boy's drink, seeing him zoning out slightly.
in this moment, johnny was thinking. he was thinking about ten. ten had bought up kissing, and as much as he'd be okay with kissing him, he was confused.
he said he wasn't ready for romance yet, or anything like that. maybe he was ready now. he sighed, taking the drink from the boy, and tapping his card to pay.
"renjun isnt working today?"
"he's on his break!" ten said with a smile, holding johnny's hand which was resting on the counter as he sipped his drink, "you okay?"
johnny shrugged, but smiled, "four out of ten now."
"awesome. getting higher... if i came over after my shift, would it make it higher?"
"maybe..."
ten laughed, lifting the boy's hand and kissing it gently. he was lucky the shop was empty.
he saw johnny blush and lower his head, making him happy, "wanna come out back and hang there?"
"maybe.. i'm so tired, ten," he laughed sadly, not letting go of the latter's hand, "i want sleep."
"we could take a nap?" ten said, in a gentle, soft tone, making johnny almost melt, "i wont mind.."
"i'd love that, i'm exhausted."
"why? what have you been doing all day?" ten asked, opening the side door so johnny could come through.
"nothing, that's why i'm so tired and bored," he laughed, holding ten's waist as he squeezed past him. he hugged the boy quickly, inhaling his scent from the back, before being pushed into the staff room, "how long've you got?"
"mm.. about an hour?"
johnny nodded, as ten watched him get comfortable on the sofa, before running over.
"dont want any food?" ten asked, holding the boy's head, standing between his legs. he felt johnny's hands trail around his legs, making him flush, "hm?"
"nah, i ate.. we can eat later too if you want."
ten nodded, lifting johnny's head and gently kissing his forehead, leaving his lips there for a moment, before smiling and quickly walking away.
