Scars;
A scar is a mark left on the skin after a wound is closed. Most of times that scar comes with a trauma, a very bad memory you want to forget with all your being, that's the ironic part of them, the more you want them to disappear, the more they remind you of that horrible experience that marked your skin.

I knew much about scars, I had my owns, but mines were of a different kind, they were scars because they closed a wound, an emotional one, but they hurt way worse because even though you couldn't see them, they were there, remembering you that horrible experience. The bad part of them being invisible was that people couldn't see them, you neither, so you didn't know if they ever got to fully heal.

What to do? What to do? That question was repeated in my head like a damn echo. I knew what to do, a fast way to get Aiden, Genny and Sterling out of there, those three were the more stubborn of our club, Anais and Rain would leave if I asked them with the seriousness of this matter, they were young but more rational than the other three.

I could start creating illusions, torment my friends with their ghosts but I wasn't such a motherfucker. However, all those ghosts were already standing in that alley. Rain and Anais didn't remember who turned them, my hypothesis was that gave them the innocence that made them more likely to find that feeling of full happiness some of us ran out from.

My biggest concern were Aiden, Sterling and Genny, who just met with their ghost after centuries, but between those three I was more worried about Genny. Aiden knew in which situation he was in eyes of the Hazras, Sterling had more self-control but Genny... She was one of those I forgive but I don't forget people. The problem was that she never forgive neither forgot about what Devak did to her. Genny had the worst type of scars, one that was visible for people and many more who weren't.

"Genevieve..." Devak said stepping some feet away from his siblings and getting closer to Genny. This one was as surprised as the prince.

"Priya..." Sterling turned to the vampires when he noticed their presence.

It was in that moment, when Genny looked at Devak with her red eyes and her fangs out with a clear intention to attack, when Anais came running because she heard Genny's full name what always brought bad news, when Rain entered the alley following Anais. That was the moment when I knew everything was lost, when the alcohol got to my head and my mind couldn't find another scenario where my friends didn't get killed by their creators.

I turned around looking at the ground hopeless, I lost a concern because Aiden was too dazed looking at that human but I gained four more, all of them already showed their sharp fangs. I needed help, those vampires couldn't see me or Aiden, I didn't know how would the queen of vampires react if she found out about my existence. I took a piece from a broken beer bottle on the ground and I got ready to ask for help when I saw my reflection in that green glass. His ghostly smile made me regret it but it was a hopeless situation.

"What do I do?" I went straight to the point before Jason started laughing at me.

Jason thought the answer to my questions for a couple of seconds before looking at me again with the answer. He looked at me in a way I have come to know very well during this year... He wanted something.

"I can help you but..." He prolonged the last word, I didn't have time for his foolishness. "You will have to let me full control of the illusion."
