Friday, I was looking at the clock desperate, but not for the last class of the day to end... I didn't want time to pass because at 8p.m. I had a date with the devil. I have spent the whole week remembering what was it like when it was me, my ghost and I, those old times I couldn't tell if they were good or bad. All the memories I had with the ghost from the first weeks after my death were us laughing, we caused huge damage with numerous victims and we enjoyed... Honestly, I didn't want to stop and think if I still found entering using my magic for murdering innocent or guilty people because I was afraid of the answer. What I was more worried about? That Jason knew it.

I realized I was lost in thoughts when I saw Sebastian exiting the class with my backpack. I didn't know why was he so obsessed with driving me home.

"Beautiful afternoon, huh." I had to run to catch him but he never stopped when I reached him so we walked together down the corridors, I trying him to notice me and him ignoring me because he didn't want to give me my backpack.

"It is." Sebastian put on his sunglasses still walking with two backpacks slung over one shoulder.

I got tired of all that arrogance of his so I decided to tease him a little.

"Do you know when will it be a beautiful day? Tomorrow, with our classmates washing cars." I decided to use a flirty tone but with hidden sarcasm.

Sebastian finally stopped to face me when we were already out the building, he clenched his jaw for don't saying what he thought because I was the one he was talking to.

"I... I think I have already let clear what I think about that." He forced an smile while he pointed at me trying to have a friendly tone that in his voice seemed sarcastic. "I don't even know why I am going..." He snorted rolling his eyes.

"Well, I'm glad you do..." I almost whispered looking down while moving dumbly my foot. Not gonna lie, I looked down in case a laugh escaped from my lips because of how pathetic I should seem 'flirting'. "Because Olive has forced me to bring a bikini and I'm afraid I will end up washing cars if you don't come."

Yes, I knew how to hit a soft spot.

"I'm picking you up at noon." He decided after turning around to head to the car.

We both know you walking that fast is for me to don't look at you in the eyes and see what you are feeling... it starts with 'J'.

7.05p.m. I knew I couldn't go to Miami and I had to stay home until I had to leave... but I didn't feel like working so I made up some excuse, do you know what I realized? That nobody at my house really cared about where I went or what I did, they didn't even bother in asking why I wasn't at work.

I was walking towards my room to change clothes, I was wearing some joggers and a short hoodie. I was thinking about the decent outfits I could make with the nerd closet I had when I saw Noa's bedroom door was opened, I peeked in to find her there, sat on her bed staring at the box of that pregnancy test I bought her days ago and she decided to wait to take it.

The moment I entered her room Noa hid the test behind her back, then she realized I was the one who walked past her doorframe so she relaxed.

"Do you need help with that?" I offered with a friendly smile drew on my lips.

I waited a few minutes for Noa's reply but she kept looking down... until she slightly nodded.
