Suddenly, Jotaro stopped walking and turned around. He held out his hand, though he was quite far away at that point, and waited for me to join him. I didn't hesitate to quickly go, for I didn't want him to wait long. When I finally reached him, he didn't lower his hand, and he looked at me expectantly.

Then, without a word, he lifted my arm and took my hand in his. Our fingers intertwined as we walked inside behind his parents.

If he saw my flushed cheeks, he might have thought that I'd fallen in love with him, but he didn't, and I was glad. However, the deep red color and my racing heart weren't going anywhere. His large hand practically engulfed mine, and the physical touch of my mate was so pleasant, no matter how little it was.

"Y/n," Mrs. Kujo suddenly said. I looked at her in surprise, for I was lost in thought for quite some time. "Are you an Omega?"

"Huh? Uh... Yeah, I am," I answered, a bit confused.

"Oh, Y/n," She began, taking my arms away from Jotaro. "Come with me."

However, Jotaro didn't let go of my hand. He held it tightly, yelling, "Where the hell are you taking her?!"

"Relax, Jotaro," Mrs. Kujo said. "I'm just taking her to the bathroom for some suppressants. Her heat seems to be starting."

His eyebrows furrowed as he squeezed my hand tighter than before.

     "U-Uh, Mrs. Kujo, I-!"

"Jotaro!" Mr. Kujo suddenly yelled. "How many times do I have to tell you not to speak to your mother that way?!"

The room fell silent, and Mrs. Kujo let go of my arm. However, Jotaro didn't loosen his grip on my hand. "Fuck off!" Jotaro responded. "If she's going into heat, we're going home!"

"Jotaro, she was just trying to help," I said, patting his hand to calm him down. Sure enough, his grip loosened slightly, and he sighed.

"Good grief. Listen, Y/n and I are already bonded. Suppressants won't work," He explained in a much quieter voice. "We'll come back another day."

He began to walk away, dragging me behind him angrily. "Goodbye, Mr. and Mrs. Kujo! I'll see you again!" I called out before exiting the room. Jotaro didn't stop for me to close the door, and he continued to walk silently until we reached the car.

"J-Jotaro, there wasn't any rush to leave. My heat begins slowly, so-!"

Suddenly, Jotaro's lips were on mine, and his fingers were intertwined with my hair. I pushed him away quickly, taking a deep breath once I could finally breathe.

"Jotaro, are you alright?!" I asked, both concerned with and confused about the situation.

"That's what I'd like to know," He said, clearly frustrated and annoyed. "I couldn't stand it when she touched you. I-! Damn it!" His fists balled together tightly. Jotaro was angry, but, for some odd reason, I wasn't scared this time. I placed my hand atop his like I had inside. He looked at me with dark eyes, but I stayed put. "This whole situation could've been prevented if you'd been careful as an Omega!" He yelled, his anger now directed toward me.

I took my hand away, now regretting my interference, and looked down at the floor with a small nod. He was right. It wasn't all about me. Jotaro was also tied to me for the rest of his life, and he was sacrificing himself for the Omega that was being careless.

     "Mr. Kujo-"

     "Get out," He demanded.

I froze, wondering if I'd heard him right. "Jo-?"

     "Get out!"
