"Next month?!" Sasaki nearly screamed, jumping out of her seat furiously. "That can't be! That asshole can't take you away from me so soon!"
I laughed nervously, bringing my finger to my lips, motioning her to quiet down. "It's alright, Sasaki," I assured. "It won't be any different than it is now... I'm sure."
"Yeah, whatever," She pouted. "That bastard better not touch you. Else I'll slug him in the gut!" She raised her fist angrily.
"Oh? Sasaki-San's mad?" Yuuji suddenly said as he sat in the chair beside me. "What's gotten you all riled up?"
Sasaki lowered her hand, now embarrassed by her behavior. "It's nothing," She mumbled, looking away from her clear love interest.
I giggled at the obvious way she acted around him. There was a visible blush on Sasaki's face, so she wasn't very good at hiding her feelings for Yuuji.
"Y/n-San, have you seen Mr. Kujo this morning?" Yuuji suddenly asked. I froze. "Maybe he's just been around here recently, but I've been smelling him a lot lately."
"W-Well, he is th-the boss!" I chuckled nervously. "He must come around here often and d-do boss things, huh?"
He raised an eyebrow, slowly saying, "Yeah, I guess so."
Sasaki looked at me with a serious expression that made me glance her way. She didn't say anything, but she seemed to be thinking deeply about something.
"Are you alright, Sasaki?" I asked, waving my hand in her face to wake her from her daze.
She seemed to snap back into reality as she shook her head. "Yeah, I was just... thinking."
"What are you three doing?" Mr. Tsukishima suddenly asked, his voice loud and harsh. I smelled his immediate anger at the sight of us and watched as he stopped our way. "Sato!" He snapped at Yuuji. "Weren't you assigned to be on the fourth floor today?!"
Yuuji stood quickly and bowed. "I apologize, sir! I was simply greeting my colleagues before work hours began!" He explained.
Mr. Tsukishima glared at his watch for a long moment before suddenly shouting, "Leave!"
Yuuji looked our way for less than a second, but it was enough time for us to see his apologetic smile. I could see why Sasaki liked him, though my own feelings were simply admiration. Yuuji was a kind, hard worker.
"And YOU, L/n Y/n!" He spat, looking at me with disgust-filled eyes. "Disrespecting your superior like that! You're a disgrace to the foundation!"
He towered over me menacingly. "As an employee, you should obey your superior!" He demanded. "As a woman, you should obey a man! As an Omega, you should obey an Alpha!"
"Bullshit!" Sasaki slammed her fist on my desk. I knew she would react in such a way, so I didn't flinch in surprise. Her fury only grew when she saw my composure.
"Sasaki, calm down," I quietly said.
"What the hell?!" She yelled. "This asshole just-! Are you serious?!"
I nodded. "Please, sit down."
Sasaki was hesitant but reluctantly sat down. Mr. Tsukishima chuckled. "That's right, Sa. sa. ki," He mocked in a high-pitched voice. "Obey me like the bitch you a-?!"
Suddenly, Mr. Tsukishima was raised off the ground, his hands clawing at his neck. Nothing but the air held him there, and we all stood in alarm. As I let out a breath I didn't realize I'd been holding, I suddenly smelled Jotaro's familiar scent. He walked around the corner furiously, his hat shading his eyes, creating a frightening sight.
"What the fuck are you doing?" Jotaro asked calmly. His words were harsh, but his tone seemed normal. It was oddly threatening.
Mr. Tsukishima turned toward Jotaro, gasping for air. "S-Sir! Please, help! They're doing something!" He pleaded.
Suddenly, Mr. Tsukishima fell to the ground, coughing and gagging as he sat up. Jotaro knelt beside him, amitting a menacing scent that was directed toward the man cowering on the floor.
"What. the. fuck. are. you. doing?" He asked again.
"W-W-W-Well, M-Mr. Kujo," Mr. Tsukishima stuttered, backing away from Jotaro in fear. "These two women a-and a man weren't reporting to their correct locations, so I w-was just reminding them!" He explained.
Jotaro looked at me silently, looking for anything that would signal fright or danger, before turning back to Mr. Tsukishima with disgust.
"There's still ten minutes until working hours begin, Mr. Tsukishima," Jotaro informed. Mr. Tsukishima seemed to wince at the sound of his name. "And, if my ears haven't deceived me, that isn't at all what you were talking about."
"W-Well!"
Jotaro sighed. "Good grief. We have such impudent fools working in high positions?"
"S-Sorry?"
"Take him to my office," Jotaro demanded. Two large Alphas suddenly stormed around the corner and grabbed either arm of Mr. Tsukishima. He was dragged away without any struggle.
"Y/n," Jotaro suddenly said.
"Yes?" I answered quickly, my undivided attention then on him.
"Did he touch you?" He asked.
"Yes?"
His eyebrows scrunched together, the anger in his scent multiplying within a second.
"I-I mean, no! He didn't!" I corrected. "Sorry, I wasn't expecting that question... But, no, he didnt touch me at all."
He sighed, placing his hand on my knee as he lowered his head in frustration. "It must be an Alpha's desire to dominate everyone and everything," He growled. "But that bastard- If he ever harms you or my child, he won't leave this building alive!"
"Huh?"
