"That so?" Jotaro purred, his lips still pecking at my skin lightly. I felt his hand slowly slide up my body from my thigh. It stopped at my stomach.
Our child.
Our pup.
"Y/n," Jotaro hummed. I felt his lips vibrate against my skin, a ticklish feeling making me smile.
"Yeah?"
"Will you sing for me?"
I chuckled. "What an odd request. Especially from the Grinch himself."
"My mother used to sing me to sleep every night," He said. "She has the loveliest voice. I would like to hear your voice as I fall asleep."
Perhaps it was my scent that was making him say such odd things. Perhaps he just felt comfortable holding me in the dark room where no one would judge him. Where no one could see him. Just me and him.
So... I sang.
"Stay with me... Here with me. Make me sing these melodies. It's just you and me. Just us against the world. Here with me... Stay with me. Through the darkest times I know we'll be alright. Every moment you look into my eyes, I know, one day, you'll be mine."
With just the chorus of a song I held dear to me, Jotaro's hand that had been slowly stroking my stomach had fallen to the bed. His breath had become steady and slow. He had fallen asleep.
Never, not once in my life, would I have ever thought that this man could've been so adorable. Only a month prior to that moment, I was so very frightened by him. Mr. Kujo, the Alpha. My menacing, ridiculously huge boss.
Now, I was carrying our child. He was holding me in his arms as he peacefully slept. He was showing me a side to him that he'd never shown to anyone before. He was my Alpha now.
As I drifted into a gentle sleep, a small smile seemed to be permanent on my face. I truly loved him.

"We'll visit the foundation's specialists for any appointments regarding the child," Jotaro said as we sat at his dining table. He sipped a mug of coffee as I ate my eggs and bacon (that he'd specially prepared just for me).
I felt bad that I was the only one eating breakfast, but he insisted that I eat without him. Also, might I add, he'd been awake over an hour before waking me. He'd already exercised, run three kilometers, taken a shower, dressed (quite nicely, considering it was six in the morning), and made breakfast. This man... was extraordinary.
"We'll meet with Mrs. Matsuda as soon as we arrive at the office. Once the meeting has concluded, I'll have a driver take you home," Jotaro explained.
I was only half-listening, but it was the best I could do for having just woken up. I was never much of a morning person.
He placed his coffee down on the table and looked straight into my crusty eyes (I had yet to wash my face). "Do you understand?"
"...Yes."
"What do you understand?"
"...Yes."
