Bound by a baby

Chapter 6

Nandini's pov

We were going to the mall when I started laughing in the car and manik frowned at me

"What, why are you laughing like that" he asked, and I couldn't stop laughing, "nandini shut up" he said and it just made me laugh more

"Nandini yar", he said and arohi looked at Manik which manik noticed, "baby see your Mumma is being rude with papa" he said and I couldn't help my smile, it sounded so cute

"P, m ah" arohi was trying to talk, "yes baby you are right yeah of course she is" manik said and I looked at him, "what, don't look at me like that, I'm talking to my daughter" he said

"About me right", I said and he nodded "yes she said you are silly and I agree" he said making me smile, "tell me why you were alughing" he asked

"Well I think that you freak out more then your daughter, im gonna tell ma and bhai" I said and he frowned, "no I wasn't freaking out yar woh" he rubbed the back of his neck

"I know I know its because arohi was crying right", "yes that's it that was the reason" he said making me smile

"Aru baby did you see your dad freaking out" I said and she giggled, "hahaha see even she thinks so" I said and manik pouted like arohi does when she is being scolded which rarely happens

"Thats not fair aru" he said and her giggles stopped looking at manik, he moved his hand from the wheel to arohi and caressed her cheek making her smile,

"Manik why are we at the mall" I asked seeing the huge mall, "I have a couple things I need to get and then clothes for arohi and you" he said and I was confused

"But she has clothes and so do I" I said and he shook his head, "we also have to get her a seat for the car, stroller, baby food, and umm thats it" he said

"Manik but" he got out of the car before I could argue further, he opened my door and I gave arohi to him getting out of the car

"Nandini honey please dont argue on this, I just want to get her things please" he said and I nodded.

We went to a whole bunch of stores, manik was literally getting the whole store for arohi, he bought her so many clothes, stroller, crib, toys anything she put her hand on or even laid her eyes on he bought.

"Manik bas please, you are buying the whole mall she is a baby she will grow out of these clothes" I said holding his hand and he stopped, "nandini" he said

"Acha how about we get something to eat for her she must be hungry" I said and he freaked out, "shit how did I forget she has to eat" he said , "manik calm down" I said and he literally sped walked to the food court

We couldn't find baby food and lets just manik was about to murder everyone he saw becasue they didn't have baby food. I got some fruits and we sat down while manik was huffing in anger. I crushed the fruit with a spoon and then fed, we found out she hates apples but loves strawberries

"Arohi dont" I said as she pushed the squeezed apple out of her mouth, "dont use that tone on my daughter" he said and I sighed

"Manik will you relax, you know what open up" I said and he looked confused and I pushed the crushed apples in his mouth

"Ewww" he said gulping it down, arohi laughed at the site, "like father like daughter" I said, "nandini this is unacceptable, I hate apples" he said and I smiled

"Aww baby you and papa have same same likes" I said and she giggled, "manik, apko pata hai na yeh mall hai baby food kaha sai milega yaha, its not their fault so itna gussa aur irritation acha nahi hai" I said caressing his arm and feeding arohi
