Mikaela's POV

"I didn't even know Cincinnati had a recording studio." Emma says as my girlfriend, some of our friends, and I walk into the recording studio.

Katana's national team is in Cincinnati ahead of their first Friendly against Canada and today's their off day so Katana's gonna try to finish recording her singles that she's gonna release to drum up interest in her secret project.

"Same." Katana says as she unleashes Appa and Socks so their just wearing their harnesses.

"When's everyone else getting here?" Sahara asks.

Katana's thinks most of her national team teammates don't like her so she invited them to come hang around at the studio as long as they don't interrupt and be a nuisance.

I think all of the national team is coming.

"Crystal says they stopped at Starbucks then they'll be here." Talia says. "And she said they're bringing our usuals for us."

"Sweet." Katana says then she hands me a dry erase marker and a list. "Can you write this down on that white board.

"Yep." I say then I peck my girls lips before I head over to the white board and do as my girlfriend asked of me.

"Here Mikaela." Christen says as she hands me my coffee.

"Thanks." I say.

"What's this?" Christen asks as she looks at what I wrote on the whiteboard.

"Katana's recording list." I say.

"That's a lot of songs." Christen says as I notice all of the national team has arrived.

"Which of these are already released?" Sam asks as she points to Katana's recording list.

"The first Seven." Katana says as I sit down next to her then my girlfriend spins around and faces everyone. "So I have a few rules during my recording sessions that I need you to know."

Everyone nods as Emma sets up the recording program stuff.

"You can talk as much as you want as long as you don't get to loud and interrupt my singing and don't talk to me or anyone I'm working with when we're working." Katana says.

"You two better keep quiet." Someone says as a bunch of people look at Sonnett and Kelley.

"Rule two." My fine ass girlfriend says. "You can be on your phones, but If I see any of this session on social media then you are dead to me."

"Nice joke." Kelley says with a smile.

"She's not joking." Alex mumbles.

"Rule 3 is if you need to leave for whatever reason then tell someone and leave quietly." Katana says. "And rule four is don't touch the control board."
