Katana's POV
"All done." I say as I finish putting cornrows in Christen's hair then I look at my favorite Stanford forward.
"Thanks Munchkin." Christen says.
"Welcome." I say then my twins' girlfriend hugs me before she leaves my room here in our LA hotel.
It's August/September international camp time and we're in LA for our first friendly of the camp which will be at the Angel City Stadium and we'll be playing Brazil.
Our second friendly is in Seattle against Italy so I'll be going back to the city I grew up in for the first time since 2016.
"I'm ready." Mikaela says as she comes out of the bathroom.
"Woah" I mumble as my girlfriend comes out wearing a very sexy red dress.
"What'd you think?" Mikaela asks as I approach her.
"You look absolutely beautiful." I say as I wrap my arms around my girlfriend.
"Thank you." Mikaela says as she looks at the suit I'm wearing.
"So is this an African print?" Mikaela asks.
Mikaela was the one who bought me this suit.
I don't know where she found it, but I think it's really cool that she bought it for me as a congrats on signing with Arsenal gift.
"It's an Ankara." I say "Or African Wax Print."
"It's so beautiful." Mikaela says as she smooths down my suit jacket then she looks at me. "And you are so Beautiful."
I smile at my girlfriend then I softly kiss her
"One day, if it's okay with you, I'd like to wear an Ankara or Dashiki shirt or dress or another African print you suggest." Mikaela says. "But I wanna learn all about them first before I do so I understand what they mean and what they represent."
Again, I smile at my girlfriend then I softly kiss her.
"We can do that." I say then I feel my phone buzz so I grab it from my pocket and look at it. "Oh for fuck's sake."
