Katana's POV

"Here Katana." Talia says as she hands me tonight's line-up for our final WSL game of the season.

This seasons gone by so fast.

Probably because I've been more worried about the babies and Mikaela than playing football.

"Thanks." I say then I grab the line-up and look at it.

"Just so you know Katana." Jackie says as I pass the line-up behind me. "I have no problem smacking a bitch tonight."

"Same." All of my teammates say making me smile.

"Thanks." I say then I sadly smile. "I just wish I knew why she said it."

"We asked." Steph Catley says. "But she just doesn't answer."

"Well fuck her." I say as we reach the stadium.

Once at the Emirates, the bus parks then everyone gets off and heads to the locker room.

When we get to the locker room, everyone puts their stuff down in their respective lockers.

Once my stuff is in my locker, my teammates and I head outside for the pitch inspection.

After we've inspected the pitch, my teammates and I head back to the locker room.

When I get to my locker I take my AirPods out, I take out my nose ring, I take off my necklaces, earrings, bracelet, watch, and my rings, put my jewelry in it's safe then I put my jewelry safe and AirPods in my bag.

Once I'm jewelry free I take off my tracksuit and put my dark brown locs up in a ponytail then I put on my short sleeve lime green undershirt, my warm up top, and I put on my game shorts.

I then sit down in my locker and put on my socks, my shin pads and my red boots.

After my boots are on I tape my wrists, hands, and fingers then I put on my red keeper gloves before I head onto the field with the other keepers.

When I get on the pitch I run through my warm ups with the keepers for a while then head back to the locker room.

Once in the locker room I change out of the training top and change into my lime green keeper jersey while Amaka does her last minute talks.

When the last minute talks end, we are told to head to the tunnel so I grab my towel and water bottle then Appa, Socks, and I do as told.

Once in the tunnel, I line-up right behind Talia then I wait for us to be called out.

Minutes later we are told to head out onto the field for the prematch stuff so I follow Talia out onto the field.

Once on the field we stand in line for a few seconds then we head over to our sideline.

We're still not shaking hands with the Chelsea players.

Once at our sidelines, we take a starting XI picture, Talia does the coin toss, we do our team huddle, then I lead Appa and Socks to the bench.

"Stay here pups." I say

Appa and Socks yip and smile at me so I scratch their heads then I jog to my position on the field.

Once I'm at my goal, I hang my towel up on the net, put my water in the net then Tierna and Mapi come over and fist bump me before they head to their spots.

"LET'S GO GIRLS." Someone on the bench shouts. "LET'S FUCKING GO."

"BACK TO BACK." Katie shouts as she jumps on me after the final whistle blows signaling we're League champs.

"BUNDLE." Someone shouts then everyone jumps on me causing us to fall to the ground.

"I'm so glad I landed on one of you." I say.

"I'm not." Jordan says as I roll off her.

"Sorry." I say then I help the midfielder up.

After Jordan's standing, I hug all of my teammates then I head to my goal and grab my water bottle and towel.

Once I have my stuff, I take off my gloves and put them in my waist band then I turn around.

"Hi boys." I say with a smile as my doggies run towards me then I squat down and hug Appa and Socks.

After I hug my boys, the two of them whine.

"We have one ceremony to do then the twins will come on the field." I say.

Appa and Socks sadly woof as I stand up then we head to the locker room.

Once in the locker room, I take off my game worn jersey then I put on the extra jersey I was given before the game.

Usually we're given two jerseys to wear during the game and normally I switch at half-time, but I did fuck all the entire game so I didn't need to change.

We won 2-0, but I don't think Chelsea got a single shot off today which was boring.

Once I've switched shirts, I put my gloves, towel, and water bottle in my locker then I spin around.

"You two ready?" I ask as I look at my boys.

Appa and socks woof then we follow my teammates out to the tunnel.

When we get in the tunnel we line-up in reverse number order.

Once I'm between Ashley and Talia, I squat down and love on my puppies

"Hi boys." I say.

Appa and Socks smile at me and nuzzle me then I stand up and wait to be called out.

"NUMBER 1." The stadium PA announcer says so I begin walking out. "GIVE IT UP FOR KATANA SOLO."

"And my puppies." I mumble as we walk onto the field.

"AND GIVE IT UP FOR KATANA'S SERVICE DOGS APPA AND SOCKS.

"Thank you." I mumble then I wave as the fans cheer.

After a few seconds, I get to some lady who puts a medal around my neck then she puts medals around Appa and Socks' neck.

"Look at you two winning two medals." I say then my doggies bark as we walk over to the podium while Talia walks out and is introduced.

Appa and Socks got medals last year too.

After Talia's introduced she gets her medal then she grabs the trophy and walks over to us.

Once Talia gets to the podium, we do the 1, 2, 3 bounce thing then Talia lifts the trophy as the pyrotechnics behind us go off while the 58,000 Arsenal fans in attendance erupt in cheers.

After we lift the trophy, we take a team picture then our friends and family come onto the field.

"Hey boys who's that?" I ask as I point to my wife and the stroller she's pushing.

Appa and Socks look where I'm pointing then they sprint over to Mikaela causing me to smile and walk over to my family.

"There's my boys." Mikaela coos then she leans down and rubs our doggies. "Mommy missed you."

Appa and Socks happily whine as they get rubbed so I get Maeve and Nour out of their stroller.

"Hi Babies." I say with a smile as I sit down on the ground.

Seconds later my doggies sit on either side of me and join me in looking at the twins.

"Aww." Mikaela whispers then I notice her taking pictures.

"This is the life." I say with a smile. "This is the life.
