POV Charlie

Ember was just ahead of me when Kane made himself known, walking aside me for a moment. "Good to see you up Charlie," He said. 

"Hay Kane, it's been a while good to see you on the good side again," I said. 

"It's good to be on the good side again," Kane replied. "And it's good to see you up, everyone will be feeling better about that, also Daryll owes me 5 gold pieces now," Kane said. 

I put my hands in my coat pocket. "good to know my life is literary a beating game to you," I said, my face very serious. 

"Come on you know I care, Charlie, Thanks for looking after Ciara for me," Kane said. 

I shrugged. "She's like a sister to me Kane, of course, I would look out for her," I said. 

"If something were to happen to her, well I would murder the children of those who killed her," Kane said looking down his fist gripped. 

"Umm, that's oddly specific," I said concerned. "are you alright?" I asked.

"Only joking," He said with a smile. I nodded. "Or am I?" he mumbled.

"Kane you scare," I answered. 

"Charlie, remember when we first met? Sorry we sent Ciara to capture you and you're friend," Kane said. 

"Thanks," I answered. 

Kane smiled. his dull ender eye staring at me. "we'll catch up properly at some time," Kane said.

"yeah," I mumbled out. Kane split out and off to his own thing. I caught up to Ember as we reached the airship. "Not my preferred method of transport but beats a horse," I said, "Although I miss cars, so much," I mumbled. 

"Come on then you two we're already ready to go," Stella called from the ship. 

POV William

I don't know where that portal spat us out, in a war room of some kind, I ended up on my back, and groaned. then Lilith stood over me and raised her dagger. so I kicked her in the leg, dropping her to the floor and freezing her hands down in a block of ice. "Chill out," I said. 

Lilith smashed her way through the ice as I stood up. "ICE PUNS REALLY!" She snapped. 

I shrugged. "I've got to stay cool," I said. 

Lilith growled and got ready to strike at me when she got hit by a lightning bolt into a wall. I turned to see a woman in a ripped white shirt, stained with blood, the same going for her hair. her eyes were glowing blood red, and she was holding a sword that I seemed to know. I had a bad feeling about this. "Something tells me you didn't do that to save?" I asked.

she pointed her sword towards me and I summoned an ice wall blocking a bolt of lightning, the ice shattering apart. I summoned up my axes and charged forward swinging my sword like a mad man. 

as soon as my axes hit her sword, they disappeared....shit. 

the woman hit me in the chest, then kicked me to the ground, before grabbing off the floor and punching me hard in the face, I passed out. 

I don't know how long I was out, all I know was that it was a good few hours. 

POV Ceris

I do not know what god I have angered, nor how, to deserve this punishment, Gwendoly and Lance have stopped arguing, what was nice for about a minute, then something much much worse happened. 

Lance was mid yell. "WHY DO YOU...Gwendoly, You are still the most beautiful and intelligent person I know," his whole demeanour changed.
