Rain dropped the last box with a huff. "is that all of it?" he asked.

Ceris knocked, as she looked around. "so what exactly is all this in favour of?" she asked.

"Well," Rain started. "I'm not ready to live live in the end, but it was about time I start to make progress to that,"

Ceris looked at the 30+ boxes in the room. "is that why you brought all these? You're moving in on the weekends?" she asked.

"Does that mean we're sharing custody with Patrick?" Gwendoly called from the other room.

Ceris rolled her eyes at her sister's joke. "Rain you can't live in both worlds, one day you'll have to choose, end or overworld," Ceris said her tone going sturn.

Rain shrugged her off. "I have time, I'm only in my 20s I want to live a little,"

Ceris thought back to losing her mother and father at such a young age. "we don't all get to do that,"

Stella came bouncing into the room. "I've gotten it!" She declared to a now rather confused Ceris.

"Really?" Rain asked, his mood perking up immediately. "Stella that's awesome!" he declared.

Ceris blinked again, her confusion growing, as her eyes flickered between the young lovers. "What in the end islands are you talking about?" Ceris asked.

Stella and Rain turn back to Ceris as if remembering she's in the room with them. "Oh, don't you know?" Stella asked innocently.

Ceris shook her head.

Stella then lightly smack Rain's arm. "Rain you were meant to tell her!"

Rain rolled his eyes. "I got distracted! You know, when saying goodbye to my friends," Rain said.

"the friends you can call now? because Charlie and Andrew are probably too smart for their own good,"

with that Rain armed beeped. "oh well Stella looks like you have to tell her, Charlie has chosen now to test the commutation upgrade to his bracelet thing," and quickly exited the room.

Ceris quickly turned to Stella and crossed her arms, her eye narrowing at the young witch in front of her, Stella rubbed the back of her neck. "Well, you see....ummmm....well," Stella stuttered. "ME AND RAIN ARE GETTING MARRIED,"

Ceris blinked for a few seconds. "That's it? I thought you were pregnant or something,"

Stella's face turned an oddly bright red at that comment and she let out a loud squeal. "CERIS!" Stella yelled. "I am not pregnant," the yell went to a whisper. "I am not ready for that, and Rain certainly isn't ready, you have met him,"

"Fair point, I wouldn't trust to look after that end dragon if I could help it," Ceris said.

Stella nodded. "maybe in a few years he'll be ready," Stella whispered.

There was a sound, and it was like the building shook, Stella and Ceris looked at each other before racing out, Rain hung up the phone to Charlie and chased after them, they got outside and were surrounded by enderkin and endermen staring up at a ship.

"What's happening?" Rain asked looking at the ship. "I don't know that ship,"

Ceris pushed through her people, as the great gallion moved down to the edge of the island, a plank lowing to connect the ship to the island the end spire sits on, Ceris, Rain and Stella all got ready for a fight.

Then a woman walked forward with deep red hair, wearing armour walked down the plank, Ceris knew who she was immediately, and lowered her guard, she was the queen of the umbral kingdom, Kasmeer.

For a moment they stared at each other then Kasmeer jumped forward and hugged Ceris. "It's been far too long," she said.

"Hi Kas," Ceris said hugging back. "It has,"

Rain looked at Stella who shrugged, Rain turned to Ceris. "And who is this?"

"it will take a while to explain, but Kas why are you here?" Ceris asked.

Kasmeer's smile faded. "it's not good news, I'm sorry about that, but my scouts have decided large moments beyond the end islands,"

Ceris looked confused. "What?"

"We...We believe the remnants of the end empire are moving again," Kasmeer said, a foreboding feeling fell upon the crowd gathered.
