POV Kyle
we looked at the building vines climbed it, his group of netherkin bandit hunters were not expecting it. "Did you know the ex-undead general could do that?" Abigail asked.
"no..." I answered.
"I heard rumours," Ciara said. "but never actually faced her."
"I have," Daryll said. "back at the start of Herobrine war, before I joined the frostbourn, back when I was just a bandit," we all turned as if expecting a story.
POV Daryll
about 6 of us, we were hidden bushes and trees, the cold was especially bitter today, I had two of us on this side of the path, and El had the other 2 with her, none of us could see the road, it was almost exclusive used by the well to do, people with more money then sense who wouldn't miss 1000 coin worth of gold.
we heard footsteps first, then lots of footsteps, but no horses, we waited, but the footsteps were slow, Were there crying?
I gave the signal, and we busted out both groups. "STOP...." I stopped, this wasn't a group of the rich, there were about a dozen people here, each of them in tattered clothes, and children were being held close, the person in the lead held a half-shattering stone sword at me.
"Please...stay back!" she said, her arm was shaking.
I looked at El, and both of us lowered our weapons, the other followed. "We won't hurt you...what happened?"
"The...the Undead...they've been unified," she said.
El raised an eyebrow. "Under who?"
"The...the man with glowing eyes," the woman said. "he attacked our village, we...we heading for the green,"
"Then keep going," I said.
"Please... you're....you have weapons, and you know how to use them...please stay with us, at least...least until we reach the green, the undead were chasing us," the woman was begging.
we talked it through and decided we couldn't leave them here, not like this, so we walked with them for days, we only ended up stopping the first night, as we sat around the fire, and we saw them, marching towards us, an army of the undead.
we reached the green as they called it on the 5th day, a group of the undead caught up to us, but stopped on the edgy of the snow, and the group cheered, for a moment we it seemed like these people might have survived.
then vines whipped out of the group, taking out several of my people and the survivors. Plant-covered zombies appeared from the ground, attacking us, then I saw her, the woman covered in plants.
she strolled through the people, killing them, when she approached the woman and her child, I pulled my pistol and fired, and vines blocked my bullets, and she turned to face me, I saw Flint run in and grab the two pulling them out of there.
"You really thought you could escape the reach of my master?" She asked walking towards me, I fired again and again, but the plants were too fast, and she grabbed my neck. "there is no place in this world where my master can not reach you,"
El appeared, like a warrior angel, stabbing into the woman, and she dropped, El pulled her sword out and brought it around before vines shot out, she dodged the attack but her sword was knocked out of her.
El gripped her bracelet, the one I gave her and she teleported behind me, and grabbed me, as we teleported again, we ended up at our recovery point, and she fainted, the purple most teleport with was more grey now, she was getting worse.
