I easily blocked the mace and sent Hilda swirling backwards onto her knees. "YOU WHERE MY FRIEND!"
the diamond sword stabbed into her heart, and Hilda fell dead, her armour clattering to the floor, before I could recover the ice shook and William appeared swiping his axe, I blocked but William grabbed my arm and tried to freeze it.
I sent a shock through his body, and he fell back. he muttered something and spun with his axe and I caught his arm, with one large slice across his chest causing him to fall back, I leapt forward and my sword cut across his neck.
William's eyes went wide, he tried to say something but it couldn't get past the cut and he just fell down, face-first into the ice, his blood started to pool.
Elite bounced from behind, getting a hit off on my back, I yelped in pain but turned too quick for him to stop me from piercing into his heart, then twisting it, he was dead before I could remove the sword, his body had fallen limp.
this wasn't the first battle, I had killed so many of them, burning through the frostbourne, and destroyed so many of their heroes, and I was here to end it today.
the last one standing, the ender watcher, Ceris, her ender blade was already on her arm, her eyes narrowed at me, she had killed my father, she would not kill me. she charged forward almost leaping off the ground.
I blocked and forced me onto a back footing, she went for my neck, with the intention of ending my life, but I was a fraction faster than her, I moved left and dropped my sword into my other hand and stabbed into Ceris's stomach.
In her shock, Ceris was let her guard down again, and I grabbed her neck and crushed it before dropping her and pulling my sword back out.
the blood dripped from my sword as I looked out towards the snowy plain, and the last village for man, and the last night of man, the ground ahead of me lit by the glowing white of my eyes.

I woke up, sweat pouring off my skin, it felt real, I could see the life leave their eyes, the blood on the sword. OH GODS, I wouldn't, I couldn't....could I? I thought to myself I rolled in my bed and put my arms out to hug Charlie, but he wasn't here, he wasn't there, away on his own journey.
I know my brother was here, only a few rooms away from me, Razer wouldn't say no, I hoped at least he wouldn't, and a floor below me, my mother was sleeping in her own room, but at this moment, laying in the dark of Charlie's room, I felt alone, and cold, I hadn't felt this alone in a long time.
I pulled the blanket up and curled under it, I felt tears, and I felt terrible, I couldn't sleep again that night.
