POV Stella
"Wait... you want to what?"
"I want to train with you," Crystal said.
I was stunned for a moment, few people actually liked training with me, I still wasn't natural with the boost my magic got from both the netherkin and enderkin parts, this led me to normally hurt them...badly so I stopped for a while but Crystal...Crystal is different, she could probably take a good hit.
"Su... sure!" I said. "But I won't hold back! Okay... I might slightly,"
Crystal smiled and hugged me. "Thanks, Stella," Crystal said.
I hugged back. "You alright, Crystal? You seem off?"
Crystal didn't let the hug up. "I was going to talk to Razer about it but haven't had a chance. It's about Charlie,"
I gasped the worst thought coming into my head. "YOU'RE NOT GONNA BREAK UP WITH HIM!"
Crystal stopped the hug and looked me square in the eyes. "GODS, NO STELLA!" Crystal's hands went into her pockets. "No...the opposite actually, I think I want to marry him,"
I blinked, rushed forward, and hugged Crystal, taking her quite by surprise. Crystal let out a surprise squeal. "I love a wedding!"
"It's not a certainty yet," Crystal said. "I haven't asked him yet," she added. "I don't even know if he'll want a wing or maybe something else," Crystal had already started hyperventilating.
"Deep breaths, Crystal, deep breaths," I said. "It's Charlie, he'll love whatever you do," I reassured her.
"And what about you?" Crystal asked. "Do you think you and Rain will ever get married?"
I laughed. "He's already got the ring, thinks he's doing a good job of hiding it,"
Crystal smiled. "Let's hope his planning isn't misplaced,"
I smiled back. "Yeah, now let's do some training!"
Crystal raised her training sword. "Let's do it!"
POV 3rd person
Sheila sitting there, looking much like her daughter, stared blankly at the table, her mind was caught up, she had to leave soon, this was always a temporary thing.
she vaguely heard footsteps.
"Hey," Ember said. "Mind if I join you? That table looks very interesting."
Sheila looked up. "Sure," she said half disinterested
Ember joins her and stares at the table
"Hmm, yes," he said. "This table is clearly a table."
"You don't say," Sheila said unimpressed
"Sooo, nice weather we have today," Ember said slowly.
"Fair," Ember said, looking like he was regretting asking if he could sit with her. "I haven't been out much either."
His right arm suddenly catches on fire... and so does the table, Sheila rolls her eyes and pulled a bucket out from her pocket and used it to the fire out. Ember laughed, nervously, doing the side-eye thing as if he was looking at someone else.
"What was that all about? Or can you not control that? I know a water mage who couldn't control when she was controlling water," Sheila said
Ember sighed. "It usually happens when I get angry or stressed out," he said.
"I have that effect on people," Sheila said in a dead tone
"So does our Sheila," Ember said. "Maybe that's true for every Sheila out there! The ability to cause crippling anxiety!"
