-Freddie's POV-

I just got back from handing out Deaky's invites and unfortunately, he's not home just yet. But it's okay, I have our two cats to keep me company until then. I'm glad everything's unpacked and all, just so I could cuddle my baby in our new bed in peace, which I absolutely can't wait to do when he gets home. Just as I thought about it, he finally arrived inside our new home. "Johnny, you're home!", I greeted. I ran over to him, hugging him tightly and kissing his adorable face all over. "I was getting worried, love. What was the hold up?", I stated. "Oh y'know, traffic. The bus was stuck in it for half an hour. But at least I got all the invites out.", he explained. "It's all okay, dear. I'm glad we got them out.", I said and placed a gentle kiss on his nose. He softly smiled and headed for the couch. "So, did you stop by Brian's and Roger's place first like I asked you to?", I questioned sitting next to him. His hands started to fidget a little, something was up obviously. "Y-yeah, I did.", he shyly uttered. "What was said? Are they coming?", I asked. "That...about that...I-I-I don't know...a whole lot was said though.", he confessed. Intriguing. I tilted my head a little only to see his facial expression looking quite suspicious. He knows something I don't. "Is something going on? You're awfully suspicious.", I commented. "N-n-nothing, nothing at all. Everything's fine, everything's good.", he lied. "John, you can tell me anything.", I reassured him as I watched him swallow deeply. What he might say could possibly disappoint me. He then took a deep breath and was ready to confess everything.

"Re-remember when you told me not to be in their business? Well, I'm so sorry for breaking that promise, I was knocking on the door and....I heard them arguing and fighting...a-and then, I banged on the door to stop them from fighting. They opened up after hearing me, and th-they told me to come in after asking why they were fighting....they explained to me that-" He was cut off by his eyes welling up with tears. "Go on, sweetheart, it's okay....", I consoled. I saw the poor lad's lip quiver, feeling like he couldn't continue, but he did anyway. "They told me about their relationship, and how torn it's slowly becoming. Brian fears that his parents won't accept his relationship with Roger....and Roger...he simply doesn't care and just wants to force it out to his parents, regardless of how they'd feel....", he confessed, "It's why they've been fighting a lot lately." I was stunned, bet he felt the same when he heard from them. "My gosh, it sounds like they really need the help they could get.", I explained. "That's their problem, they fear that they'll still be denied because they're gay, or bisexual, or whatever they are.", he said on the verge of crying. "They won't be denied, a good friend of mine helps couples like them with everything. I could refer them to her, she's been the greatest therapist in London.", I explained. "Okay, maybe we should refer them to her.", he replied. "We will.", I simply said. He bowed his head in shame. "Although I am very disappointed for breaking that promise, however, I am proud of you for telling me this. I know you must've been scared that I would be angered, but I'm not. Tomorrow, we'll stop by her place and try to get her to talk to them, okay?", I calmly said. My poor Deakling nodded in full agreement and broke down crying. I held him close to my chest, trying to comfort him as much as possible since he was full of fear, guilt, and shame.

"My love, it's gonna be okay. I knew you'd be afraid to tell me what you've done, and you thought I'd be mad. But it's alright, I'm not mad at you, I should've just let you get to know more about them like I should've when I introduced them to you." , I consoled to him gently, "I understand how sorry you feel right now, but I forgive you." He was unable to respond due to his uncontrollable sobbing. I shushed him as much as I could until he eventually stopped a few minutes later. "I feel so bad for almost not telling you, Freddie.", he said, wiping his grey red eyes. "It's all okay, Deaky, I'm glad you did so that we could be able to help them with their relationship.", I explained. "You're right, at least we're able to help because we care about them, they're our dearest friends.", he sniffled. "My words exactly.", I simply reply, and I peppered small kisses on his head. "C'mon, I'll get you some water and then we could watch something on the telly together.", I told him. "Okay, sounds nice.", he uttered rising up from my chest. "Thought so. I love you, John.", I said to him. "I love you too, Freddie.", he sweetly said nuzzling into me. I chuckled as he began cuddling with me, not wanting me to leave him for a few seconds. Seems like it's gonna be a very long night tonight.
