Chapter 23: The Path Two Have Taken [Part 5]

Red Death is the first to make it to Eobard Thawne, the man who wants nothing more than to make Erick a villain

Red Death goes for a punch but Reverse Flash ducks under it only to deliver a punch of his own, Reverse Flash then wraps his arms from behind around Erick's neck

Eobard then grabs the scythe from Erick's hand as he throws it to the ground

Eobard: You can't stop me, Erick. When I'm done you'll thank me.

Erick: No!

Red Death head butts Thawne as he stumbles back

Speed Demon runs past Red Death as he goes for Reverse Flash, the two begin fighting each other, they run around in circles as their lighting courses off their bodies

Meanwhile, Kate stops next to Erick, she could see the anger in his eyes

Kate: Hey, it's okay.

Erick: It will be when this is over.

Kate nods as she points an arrow forward, purple lighting coursing through her eyes, she was determined to help, no matter what

Kate: Speed Demon, move.

Reverse Flash and Speed Demon continue to run in circles, throwing punches at each other, Kate kept trying to go for a shot but their was no opening, Speed Demon was in her way

Kate: Move!

Reverse Flash finally throws Speed Demon to the ground as Kate shoots an arrow at him but he is able to catch it as he turns to the purple suited archer

Eobard: Not quick enough.

Eobard walks towards Kate as he throws a punch but Kate is able to catch his fist as she throws a punch of her own, she summons lighting which hits reverse flash and he goes flying

Kate takes out another arrow and puts it at Thawne but he is able to run towards her and smack the arrow out of her hand as he grabs ahold of her neck and lifts her off the ground

Kate smiles slightly as she grabs ahold of Thawnes hand and easily unwraps it from her neck as she gets down to her feet as she summons the arrow to her hand and stabs Thawne in the chest

He stumbles back as rips the arrow out as he looks at Kate unsure of why she was even here

Eobard: You're becoming a pain.

Kate smiles profoundly as she moves her hair out of the way of her face

Kate: Thanks.

She says as she runs at Thawne and jumps up as she wraps her legs around her neck and then flips him over and slams him to ground as she gets on top of him as she raises her hand as lighting comes down but before she can strike Thawne, he pushes her out of the way as he runs to the other side of her

Kate looks back behind her at Red Death as he turns over to Thawne

Red Death runs at the reverse flash as the two begin to race

Meanwhile Kate stands up as she goes over and tries to help Speed Demon but he pulls away

Speed Demon: Don't touch me.

Kate scoffs as she holds her bow at her side

Kate: Jeez, I was just trying to help.

Speed Demon stands up and shakes off the dirt from his suit as he looks at Kate and tilts his head as he chuckles
