Chapter 11

Third Person's POV

Seulgi couldn't be happier as soon as she set foot on the ground. She dialed Irene's number but couldn't reach her. She was blocked by her ex-fiancée. She called her friends to inform them she had arrived in South Korea.

As usual, when she's around her friends would throw her a mini party.
"Gees, you could have told any of us you would be home so we picked you up from the airport," Moonbyul said. All of her friends weren't aware that she broke up with Irene. They were looking forward to their wedding.

"I wanted to surprise everyone."

"Right, you wanted to surprise your beloved Irene." Chaeyeon teased.

"What? No, she well, Irene. She argh, damn it. She hates me so much. I did something stupid. It took me some time to realize how stupid was my decision that's why I went home." She was rambling.

"Wait, what!?" Moonbyul tried to check if she heard it right. "What did you do, Seul?"

"Ah, no wonder Irene is now all lovey-dovey to another person. You screwed." Momo joined them and passed a bottle of beer on the table. "Get drunk as much as you want guys. It's on me." She offered.

Everyone cheered but Seulgi remained quiet. She couldn't believe Irene already found another person just like that. Yes, she was at fault but shouldn't be Irene still into her? She had this question repeated on the loop. They were together for quite some time. Who it might be?

"What's up, dude?" Momo noticed her quiet friend. "Don't tell me you are not aware this has been happening behind your back? I saw them with my own two eyes in the Bahamas. Let me show you something." She rose to get her phone across the table where their other friends Dahyun and Sana seated.

Seulgi followed Momo until she got seated next to her. "What are you going to show me?"

Momo went over her phone gallery and looked for the photos she took from her recent vacation. "Here, that's Irene, right?"

"Yeah,"

"She's dating that blondie," Momo revealed and it cracked up Seulgi laughing.

"Lisa?"

"Do you know her?"

"Of course I do. Look they are best of friends. Irene is naturally sweet and clingy with Lisa. Some people mistake them as lovers but uh-uh. Irene's not Lisa's type. She's super straight." Seulgi couldn't help but laugh.

"Are you sure? I saw them kissing. I'll show you the other photos I took." Momo swiped the gallery and Seulgi saw the two kissing but she didn't see anything weird about it.

"Come on, that's normal. Other best friends do that as well. And Irene would never date Lisa. That would be awkward for sure. They are not dating. And Lisa gosh, Lisa's into western boys and too passionate about her work to be in any relationship."

Momo felt dumb, "Oh, well, I really thought they are dating there." She chuckled. "That's too stupid. Yeah, they are maybe just too close." She raised her hands. "Gosh, I almost blow something. So what's your plan now?"

"I'll start from the very beginning. I have hurt her too much. I don't know if Irene could ever forgive me." Seulgi said.

"Whoa, this sounded serious." Sana pulled her chair to get closer to Seulgi and Momo.

"Tell me, Seul. When exactly are you going to marry Irene? The last time I met her. She said she was just waiting for your proposal and ready when you are." Dahyun shared. "Imagine you have the perfect woman, what is taking you so long?"
