LISA

I woke up in the middle of the night. I kinda felt uncomfortable as I was sleeping on the couch. I was sure something or someone was squeezing me. Joohyun was sleeping next to me. I had no idea how she managed to sleep in that position. I supported her head with my arm and cuddled up with her.

"Hey," I tried to lower my voice. "Why are you here?"

"Hmmm,"

"Baby, you might fall on the floor. Go back to bed. You won't be able to sleep here comfortably."

"I want to stay close to you," she replied.

"Haist, why are you being super cute huh? Your sister needs you by her side."

"She's a grown-up woman. She even had the guts to keep her relationship from us."

"Point taken, Attorney Bae." Well, they never keep any secrets so maybe as a big sister she was also feeling a bit down. "I let you cuddle up with me. Once you are asleep I will carry you back to the room." I gave her a condition.

"My demanding poor baby, alright. You could stay here all night. But you have to get up before Yeri does or else she'll figure there's something between us. Let's tell her when the timing is right. We still need to sort out her problem with Somi."

"Shh... You might wake your sister up."

"Alright, alright. Just give me a good night's kiss, please." She pulled my face closer. Damn it, Joohyun always has her way to make me say yes or just go with whatever she asked me. I am really hopeless.

"Of course, Baby. Let's be quick."

"Says someone so shy to give me a kiss but couldn't take her hands off my boobs." She said teasingly.

I wasn't aware that my hands weren't well behaving. I immediately removed them from her boobs. "So-sorry," Gees that was so embarrassing and for sure she would use it against me.

She gave me a throaty laugh, "Oh my God, baby you're hilarious. You don't have to say sorry. I love it actually. Your palms are warm." She put my hands back on her boobs. "Just relax them here. No need to move or else, I would get horny. I am really sleepy but I couldn't sleep with Yeri around. I love your natural scent more."

I spooned her so she wouldn't fall out from the couch. Oh, what a night. Hello Korea! My real worries would start maybe when Grandpa pressured me again about settling down. For the time being, I will just enjoy what Joohyun and I have.

Time seemed to pass very quickly. I woke up feeling Joohyun's entire weight above me. I could barely move or stretch my hand to reach my phone on the center table to check my messages. Strangely, I kinda felt someone was looking at us. The atmosphere was gloomy. Then I realized we'd let Yeri stay over the night. Without a mistake, she was looking at me like she was ready to devour me for her breakfast. I slowly tapped Joohyun's shoulder to wake her up. We're doomed. Maybe it's the right time to spill the tea. Though she knows we are really close. We never really do skinship. She must have watched me for a good amount of time. I didn't want to think if our position trying to fit on a single couch would look appealing to Yeri. It only takes a minute for her to fully understand everything. She's a prodigy and no one could contest that.

"What happened in the Bahamas?" She was giving me a knowing look. "Tell me," She demanded. A typical Bae character. "I just learned not to jump to a conclusion before I act hastily."
