IRENE

I just got the information about where Lisa is currently staying so I did ask the receptionist to book me on the same floor. The Bahamas is like a paradise to couples but I am here like a desperate woman who wanted to be acknowledged by someone who lost her memories. It is like in the movies. It cringed but it's happening in our lives. But a part of me tells maybe just maybe it isn't that bad. She could somehow remember me if I work harder.

I knocked several times at her door's room. I started to get worried. Lisa isn't a hardcore drinker maybe she passed out inside. I started to panic and was about to destroy the door when it opened.

She got shocked seeing me standing in front of her. Cute.

"You!" Why would I be surprised? She clearly didn't want me to exist. I'm just an eyesore to her.

"Hi, Lis!"

"Are you stalking me? What are you doing here?" Her irritation was written all over her face. I got the same reaction from her just like last night. I could only sigh and try over and over again.

"I am a guest too. And yes I am stalking you. I did everything to get the information of your whereabouts so you can't just push me away to go home." I defensively explained.

"What do you want from me?" She snorted.

"All I want from you is to remember everything about me. You must remember that you are hopelessly in love with your best friend. I miss how your eyes would falter because of me." I said what I wanted to say. Maybe Lisa misunderstood my intention last night. I should explain about Seulgi, especially the wedding. I wasn't able to tell her that we broke up. It was stupid to talk about getting married when we called it off. What was I even thinking at that time? Maybe it made her more confused. I was sensing that she could remember me but would rather push me away. I did really hurt her big time.

She stepped back, I thought she would let me in but she slammed the door in front of me. "Yah!!!! Manoban! How dare you?! Open this damn door or I'll make a scene in here." I was already determined to destroy the door. She should at least see my effort. "Aren't you fluttered that a drop-dead gorgeous Goddess is in front of you?" Gees, I couldn't believe that losing her memory would mean she'll lose even her manners.

"Get lost. I'll call the security!" She warned me. I had never seen Lisa so worked up. My presence wasn't welcome.

"Yah!!! Don't make me look like a lunatic. You're the one who's so in love with me. Now that I am reciprocating the love you have for me you're playing hard to get. Amnesia does not last long. You should remember me already, dimwit!" I was all annoyed because of the kind of treatment I was getting from the annoying monkey.

The door harshly opened. "What did you call me? Did you just call me dimwit?"

I pushed myself inside her room when I got the chance. I wanted to laugh at her reaction. She's irritated.

"Hey, who told you to get in?" Her brows furrowed.

"Sorry, but you have to drag me first. I won't leave your side. How dare you to forget me? I didn't even leave your side even though you're in a coma for one and a half years." I pouted. I was really sad that she left without telling me.

"Stop yelling at me."

"I won't until you acknowledge me!"

"Fine, what's your name again?"

I smiled and introduced myself. "My name is Bae Joohyun. I'm your beloved Joohyun."

"Gees, you're such a weirdo." She basically rolled her eyes. I wanted to pick a fight but I remained calm.
