It wouldn't exactly be a surprise when you and Q announced your relationship. (or when Q makes it so obvious you have to admit it). Still, suspecting you and Q were dating would be much different than it being confirmed true. The crew would have mixed emotions about it, and some would be more accepting than others.
Picard would likely be pissed. Not because he isn't happy you're happy, but just because he finds Q so annoying lmao. Like, he'd find out and would just kind of stare in dismay. "Q? You're dating Q?" he'd ask, utterly baffled that you could find him endearing. He'd likely lecture you about being careful with a being like Q and making sure you knew and Q knew that Q could not disrupt the every day happenings of the ship just because he was dating you.
Riker would probably also be a bit annoyed, but he'd find it more amusing than Picard. He'd just smirk and be like "Seriously? Blink twice if you're being held at gun point." And you'd laugh with him, but explain how happy Q makes you and he'd be a bit more accepting. He still wouldn't like Q. It would take a lot more than you dating him to make Riker like him, but he would tolerate him enough for your sake.
Deanna would likely already know, just be cause of her empathetic abilities. So when you confirmed it to her, she'd just smile and nod and say "I know, and I'm happy for you." She'd be one of the most accepting because she can sense your feelings towards Q and she'd know how comfortable and happy you were with Q.
Data would probably be confused as hell. He'd see how the crew reacted to Q, especially the senior officers, so he'd kind of accept that most people found him annoying. So when you told him you and Q were together he'd first be like "I do not see Q anywhere, in what way are you together?" So you'd have to first explain that to him, then he'd be like "Am I correct to conclude that you are one of the few members of the crew to find Q appealing?" And you'd laugh and reluctantly agree (because you saw the good in Q), and then Data would just hum and shrug, and get back to work.
Geordi would be more concerned for you than anything else. He'd ask you all sorts of questions, making sure you knew what you were getting into and making sure you were genuinely happy. He'd ask you how it happened, how it's going, etc., and would be genuinely curious about it. He'd also be happy for you, and would tell you as much.
Beverly would be like Geordi; more concerned but happy than upset. She would probably ask you about your relationship, happy to listen to you rave about Q. She'd give you relationship advice and would tell stories of her late husband and previous boyfriends. It would be nice, just chatting about your respective partners.
Finally, there's Worf. It's no secret that Worf does not like Q. Hates him, really. So when he found out you were dating him? Oh, he would be appalled. He'd probably find out from someone else, and would just start ranting like, "How could they date such a being? What on earth could they see in him? Q is a nuisance, and if Y/N is not careful, they will get hurt." He's just worried about you, though (and, okay, yeah he really doesn't like Q and isn't happy about the idea of Q hanging around more often). But he would warm up to it eventually, once he sees you happy with him (and once Q promises to be on his best behaviour)
