Phlox would probably know you're pregnant before you do. He'd notice the signs and symptoms and would draw a conclusion from them: increased appetite, tender and swollen breasts, and small bouts of dizziness and/or nausea. As your partner and doctor, he would be worried for your wellbeing and would suggest that you take it easy and get checked out. You'd try to just brush it off at first, but would eventually get Phlox to give you a check up.

As Phlox scanned you, his suspicions would be confirmed: you're pregnant with a Denobulan-Human baby. As Phlox smiled widely at the output on the tricorder, you'd grow confused. The idea of being pregnant wouldn't even cross your mind since there wouldn't have ever been a human-alien hybrid before, let alone human-Denobulan. So when he told you of your pregnancy, you were extremely shocked. Happy, but shocked.

Since Phlox is already a father, you wouldn't be worrying about whether or not he'd be happy about you being pregnant. Sure, he hadn't been a father to a baby in years, but you'd know how much he loves his children and how much he cherished their youth.

Speaking of his other kids, it would be a bit weird to know that your child will have such a big family on their father's side. You'd be relieved, though, to know that Phlox has lots of experience with babies and with being a father. You'd know he would be amazing at supporting you throughout the pregnancy and supporting you and the baby both after the birth.

Phlox would give you and the fetus frequent and thorough check ups to make sure that everything is going well. He'd also check in on you during the day to see that you're eating and drinking enough and that you're not over working yourself. His hovering would get frustrating at times, especially when you're busy with work. But, you'd know that he meant well and was just worried for you and the baby.

You two wouldn't tell anyone for at least a month or so. You wanted to ensure that the baby was in fact healthy before telling other people. On top of that, you and Phlox wanted to just relish in the fact that you were pregnant without other people knowing about it.

When you did finally tell others, everyone would be so happy for the two of you. They'd be as surprised as you had been, but they'd be thrilled. Your friends on board would help you out as much as they could. Trip would offer to redesign and expand your quarters as well as building you a crib. T'Pol would offer advice on how to control your mood swings and how to calm down an infant with some Vulcan meditation techniques. Travis would give you two suggestions on what your child could do on the ship once they get older—he did grow up on a spaceship afterall, so he'd have all sorts of ideas. Pretty much everyone on the Enterprise would be eager to help out and would be excited to meet the newest member of the crew.
