TNG/Voy. Cuddling With Q Would Include...

A/N: This can be read as being set in either TNG or Voyager

First off, Q would love to spoil his S/O. He'd love to massage your shoulders, kiss your forehead, and hold you close to him. As a Q, physical affection would be a bit new to him—they just don't show affection like us humanoids do.

He would quickly learn to love cuddling. He would feel calm when cuddling with you, loving the intimacy of it all; the warmth of your body against his, the soft sound of your heartbeat, and the fanning of your breath against him. He wouldn't be able to get enough cuddles, always asking you for more.

You would sometimes be the big spoon, snuggling up to Q's back with your arm wrapped securely around him. He'd feel safe in your arms, even though as a Q he is essentially invincible. When you're the little spoon, you'd hug his arm close to you, playing with his fingers absentmindedly.

He'd often play with your hair, running his fingers through the strands and gently untangling it as he went. Your eyes would close in content as his fingers massaged your scalp and pulled on your hair softly.

As the two of you cuddled, you'd tell him all about your day. He'd listen intently, watching your expression best he could to better understand and appreciate your feelings. He'd enjoy hearing about your day—loving how seemingly mundane it was compared to life in the Q Continuum.

Q would prefer a cuddling position that allowed him to see your face. He'd love to admire your features, sometimes tracing his finger along your skin gently. He'd think you're the most stunning person in the galaxy and would tell you as much often.

Should your cuddling session ever be interrupted, Q would be so whiney about it. He just wouldn't want you to leave. Moments alone with you could be rare when your life on a starship is hectic. He'd deeply value any alone time you two got, and would be quite upset when said alone time got cut short: "Oh Y/N, they don't truly need you, do they? I need you here, in my arms." "Can't they do without you for five more minutes? Please, my love, I've missed you so much." "The next person to interrupt us will be sent away to live with Klingon Targs!"
