OBELIA'S ROSE, CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX, BY VIICERENE.

JENNETTE blinked, she did not expect to get lost and magically bump into the Emperor. She tried to muster up the courage to speak to (Y/n) and Athanasia's father, opening her mouth to do so. "Do... you remember me by any chance?"  She asked him.

Claude looked at her as if he was bored. "Is there any reason for me to remember you in particular?" He asked her, Jeweled Cerulean eyes staring right into her green eyes. He was once again reminded of Lady Penelope.

Jeanette flinched as Claude looked away from her figure. The wind was picking up slightly. "An outisder at this time... Must be a guest for the tea party. But from which faction?" He asked himself, trying to remember (Y/n) and Athanasia's guest list.

"I'll look the other way for today then," Claude sighed. "Consider yourself lucky." Claude said to her, as she looked down and fidgeted with her ring.

"I wouldn't have let you go this easily if you were their guest." He unamusingly said. "This should not happen again."

Jeanette removed her ring, her jeweled eyes slightly showing. She was shivering under His Majesty's divine gaze. "If I catch you loitering around the Palace Walls without someone with you, there will be severe consequences."

Jeanette shook, but she still bowed. "I am deeply sorry, Your Majesty." She said, still keeping her form. Claude was walking to her, but didn't pay attention to her that much. He was simply just glaring at her back.

But he shook his head. "I am warning you, Margarita. Do not show yourself in front of me again." He threatened.

Jeanette's sad aura stayed with her, but she soon let it go once His Majesty was out of her radar. She clenched her fists happily, "It's okay!" She muttered to herself.

"He doesn't know who I am yet," She smiled to herself, not knowing she wasn't his daughter. Instead, she was the beautiful innocent daughter of a tyrant emperor and his whorish wife. A product of black magic.

"But uncle will tell His Majesty soon!" She jumped, excited to finally refer to Princess Athanasia dn Princess (Y/n) as her sisters. Yet her mouth now curved into a frown, "I should better get going... Princess Athanasia must be waiting for me."

-WHO MADE ME A PRINCESS-

I think I'm becoming a little too lazy today. Or maybe, my motivation is going low once again. My cheek pressed against the smooth wood of the table as I pushed away to book. "I don't want to do this..." I closed my eyes for a moment.

Lucas looked at me, and I could feel his proud aura. What was he up to once again? "Bored?" He questioned you, and you opened your eyes again to look back at him.

"Yeah! There's practically nothing to do here. All those books on the shelves are already finished, and I'm planning to give those to charity." I said. Lucas shook his head, "Then go out."

I sighed at him, "Do you really think that it is that easy to get out of the castle?" Lucas laughed before snapping his fingers. "It really is easy to get out of the castle. Really simple for me, to be honest."

In one snap, I heard the noise of the townspeople once again. Just like what I did with Jeanette a few days ago. "Welcome! Try this! It's like a flavor like none other!" A woman yelled.

"Watch where you put tha-" "Fresh pumpkin on sale for today only!" A man yelled. But I then heard a snap behind me. I think Lucas has changed my clothes once again.

I looked to Lucas, sweatdropping. "Lucas! You didn't tell me you could do such a thing! We could've did this for a long time and not get caught!" I smiled warmly at him. He looked at me unamusedly.
