It's You and Me Forever

"I'm glad Ash and Nia made up." Shay said, flopping down onto Laur's bed along with Calum.

"I am too." Michael replied.

"Yeah same." Luke said.

"Her and Ash are good for eachother." Calum responded.

"It's weird, we're in Laurs room but where the fuck is she at?" Luke asked, looking at the rest of the group.

"I was wondering the same thing." Cal said furrowing his brows in confusion.

"I'm not sure where she's at, I'll go look for her." Michael said getting up and leaving. He looked in every room in the house and she was nowhere to be found so he walked into the backyard.

"Hey baby, what are you doing out here by yourself?" Michael said, taking a seat next to her.

"Just came out here to be alone." She replied, taking a hit from the joint in between her fingers.

"Do you want me to go back in?" He asked her, not wanting to disturb her.

"No, you can stay." She replied, turning to him and smiling softly.

"What's the matter?" He questions, laying back against the cushions and pulling her into his chest.

"Just thinking." She said, taking another hit and handing it to mike.

"About?" He asks, blowing smoke out into the air.

"Us." She replied, throwing her head back onto his shoulder.

"What about us?" Mike says furrowing his brows.

"About how I'm lucky to have you and how much I love you." She replied and he hummed in response as he kissed her temple. The pair sat in a comfortable silence for a few moments.

"Hey Mikey." Laur spoke, breaking the silence.

"Yes?" He replied.

"Is everyone in my room?" She asked.

"Of course they are." He said letting out a chuckle and she just rolled her eyes in response.

"Let's go back in, it's cold and rainy." She said standing up and offering her hand to him. He took her hand and stood up, the pair walked through the house and into Laurs room where they were greeted by Shay, Luke, and Cal who were all sitting on the bed. Her and Mike walked over and joined them all.

"Hey cutie." Luke said, looking over at Laur. "Where have you been? I missed you."

"I was outside, just wanted to be alone for a little bit." She replied.

"Is everything okay?" Cal asked concerningly.

"Everything is fine Calum." She spat. Michael looked over at her confused as to why she lashed out on Cal for no reason.

"What did I do?" He said, trying not to sound hurt.

"Can everyone just get the fuck out?" Laur said, rolling her eyes. Everyone got up and left the room in confusion except for Calum who sat right in front of her with his arms crossed.

"Calum I thought I said get out." Laur sighed.

"I'm not going anywhere until you talk to me. What is wrong with you?" Calum said calmly.

"I'm tired Cal. I never get any time alone, everytime I turn around someone is there. I love you guys more than anything but after a while it becomes a lot for me to handle." She said, holding back tears. Cal looked at her for a moment before engulfing her in a hug. At that point all she could do was breakdown into tears.

"It's gonna be okay, I promise." He said, stroking her hair.

"It just sucks, even Mikey and I can't get any alone time." She mumbled into his chest.

"Come on, I know what will make you feel better." Cal said, pulling her up off the bed with him.

"Are we going on a drive?" She asked semi-excitedly.

"We are." He said, smiling at her.

"Wait Cal, it's raining. Can I have one of your hoodies, please?" She asked, grinning up at him.

"Yeah, let me go grab one." He replied, walking towards Shay's room. He came back and handed her a gray Santa Cruz hoodie.

"Thank you." She said, pulling it over her head.

"Anything for you." He responded, smiling softly.

As the two were walking towards the door, they ran into Michael. "We'll be back in a bit." Cal said, walking past him. Michael looked at the girl who had red puffy eyes then looked back at Cal and nodded. He kissed Laur cheek and smiled at her.

"I love you, you know that, right?" Mike said, she nodded and gave him a soft smile.

"I love you too." She replied, pecking his lips and following behind Cal. The two of them ran over to Cal's car quickly jumping in it.

"Here you go, milady." Cal said with a fake posh accent, handing her the aux cord.

"Why thank you, kind sir." She replied with the same accent, taking the cord from him and plugging it into her phone. She started playing Heartbreak Girl and singing to Calum.

"Turn this off." Calum said, laughing at her and turning down the radio.

"It's such a good song though." She said giggling.

"You and Mike are cute together." He said, glancing over at her but quickly turning his attention back to the road.

"He's the best thing that's ever happened to me. So are you, Luke, Shay, Ash, and Nia." She replied.

"Speaking of Luke, you two seem close." He responded, slightly furrowing his brows, hoping she wouldn't notice.

"Relax, I'm not replacing you with Luke. It's you and me forever babe." She answered. He smiled and continued driving. They both needed this.
