William was silent through out the trip to the penthouse,not a single word not even a sigh. Once we entered the penthouse, he switched the lights on making his way to his room and I followed. He stops by his door to stare at me, "we need to talk" I whispered staring at my feet. His closed off aura was scary even though I knew he would never hurt me. He still doesn't say anything just standing there, five minutes then ten, "I don't have all day speak!" His voice raised an octave and I flinched. No William doesn't yell he's always calm but he seems to be doing alot of that around me and I felt guilt eat at me. But I needed to know why he was so affected by the kiss, " why do you care?" He doesn't look surprised by my question. "I don't need you selling out our company to your new boyfriend" he spits out, "the real reason William!" I frowned. He looks at me, green eyes locking with my brown. "What do you want to hear?" "The truth,you said you never lie" I used his way words against him, desperate. He shuts his eyes, "fine! For some weird reason I hate seeing you with other guys, happy?" He groans. "For some weird reason?! Don't give me that shit William! You are not some ten years old boy who just had his first crush!" I yelled. I was pissed, why was he acting like he couldn't understand his feelings, this isn't a stupid romance movie it's real shit! His eyes widens, he probably wasn't expecting me to call him out on his bullshit but news flash I would. "I'm going to bed," "not a chance William we are settling this now!" I ran to stand between him and his room. His eyes twitched but he groans, "I like you okay, I know it makes me a fucking pedophile but I can't help it". "I'm legal Will so don't call yourself that" I frown my voice softening "and I like you too, it's not like you forced me into anything". "I'm not easy to deal with Lizzy, I'm closed off and I hate emotions because they make me vulnerable, I'm boring..." "you're also handsome, hardworking, caring sweet and a true gentleman" I cut him off. Making a bold move I grabbed his neck and pulled him down so my lips were inches from his. "Now kiss me I've waited too long," I didn't need to say it twice for Will to close the distance between us. His whole body flushed on mine as we sucked each others face off. Fuck! This was way better than what i dreamt about. I pulled away first breathless, "damn!" I gasps, Will blushed leaning his forehead on mine to hid his face. "You're a shy one" I teased pinching his cheeks, "thanks! I feel like a man" he scoffs. "There is nothing wrong with a man showing emotions," he ignores me. "William I'm serious manliness isn't defined by silly things," "can we drop it please" he frowns putting some space between us. I nod,seems Joel was right, there is more to William kwin and I was going into his hidden heart. "If I knew kissing another guy would I've brought this I would have done it sooner" I joke trying to ease the tension in the air. "Don't! I'm still pissed off about that, it took alot of strength and self control not to knock his fucking teeth out, fucking Parker" William cursed, clenching his fists. I laughed at the thought, if only Will knew the truth but it wasn't my story to tell. "Can I sleep with you?" "What?!" "Only sleeping will be done Will, get your mind out of the gutter" I laughed. Walking into his room I jumped on the bed that smelled completely like him. "Don't you want to change and shower first?" "You're right I'll be back" I ran out of his room, "I'm taking the right side!" I yelled from my own room and he responds with a laugh that did crazy things to my body.
"Maybe after the meeting we can go exploring," William says during breakfast, "really?!" I grinned. He chuckles but nods. Who knew William was such a great cook, when he said he was making breakfast I was expecting to have to lie about how tasty it was but no,it's amazing. "I like how easily excited you are," "I'm not, I just know when someone leaves their comfort zone to do something for me" I smile bringing my fork to my mouth. "You really are beautiful inside out," "I like this new confident Will" I teased after swallowing ofcourse. He blushed looking down at his food, "I'm trying to be good enough for you," "well you already are" I pat his hand from across the table. On the drive to Fisher enterprise, "I just wish not to run into Charlotte" William groans, "it's her father's company Will, that's inevitable" I smiled at his misery. I couldn't imagine what he had gone through trying to keep a crazy Charlotte Fisher away. Lost in the beauty of the world I was startled when William said we were there. We walked into the conference room and fortunately we were the second group to arrive. Unfortunately Joel was the first and I felt William tense up in front of me. "Mr Parker" Will shakes hands with him,I knew he would remain civil, William is just too mature to start a petty fight and I admired that about him. We sat down waiting, "so how was everyone's breakfast?" Joel grins. "Please be civil Mr Parker" Simon Dominic, the Vice president of Fisher enterprise scolds. The man was known to act like he owned the company because he was best friends with Zachary Fisher, Charlotte's father. Joel rolls his eyes but stays silent, Mrs Gates and her crew came in later. She shook hands with the big shots around the table so I was shocked when she stretched out her hands for me. I took it with immerse honor, William gave me a proud smile and my heart fluttered. Charlotte and her hot brother immediately arrived and the meeting commerces and I took important notes. "Our team after much analysis has decided to give the contract to the kwin enterprise" Simon Dominic says. My eyes widens in shock and I grinned, William had a more professional reaction, shaking hands with them. Rebecca congratulated us and even promised to work with us sometime, Joel hugged me much to Williams dismay. "Good meeting you Mr kwin" Joel shook hands with him, "I can't say the same" Will frowns. Joel laughs and throws me a wink, "let's go Lizzy we have a date...." Will says loud enough for Joel to hear. I take my earlier comment back, William can be petty and it's cute. I rolled my eyes but followed him out, then the weirdest thing happened, I caught Silas gaze on me. He didn't look away, but I did for some weird reason I felt anxious. His gaze was like that of a predator and it was terrifying, "Will!" I called once we were in the car. "Yes Lizzy?"he stares at me, "Silas Fisher was staring at me earlier and it looked like he wanted to hurt me" I rant in fear. I was expecting him to wave me off but he didn't, "I will look into it but just be careful for now, that guy gave me the creeps too". I smiled hugging him, "okay" he laughs hugging me back, "let's go on our date" I pecked his lips. "I was hoping you won't bring that up" he looks away cheeks flaming. I have never met a guy that blushed as much as William and now I understood guys when they always tried to make their girlfriend blush. It does something to their ego and heart. "Well I'm not the one who told Joel that" I smirked. He rolls his eyes but leans in for a kiss and I didn't hesitate to fulfill his desires.
