We remained silent the rest of the way,once the elevator opens William rolls out. Someone's pissed I scoff following behind him,he obviously heard me but choose to ignore,okay two can play that game. He unlocks the penthouse and even in my state I couldn't help but gasps. I have being to numerous hotels but this was beautiful,the white wall gave a sense of elegance. Different art works was hanged on the walls,I left my bag by the side to explore. The living room furnitures were black and oh so comfy,I moved down the hall revealing two doors facing each other. One was open showing William as he opened his traveling bag as if sensing my gaze. The one across is yours there is only one bathroom so we share,where is the bathroom? The door you past before seeing the hall,okay I shrug before going back to get my luggage. I was more focused now and I saw the door,I took a peep seeing the normal necessities for a bathroom. This will do I sigh before taking my luggage back to the hall then my suppose bedroom. Oh my! I gasps again staring at my room,a king sized bed was in the middle. The wall was pure glass revealing Malibu in all it's glory,a small bed table sat with a fancy lamp on it. There was a vanity table with a mirror and chair,closet was on the other side. It wasn't anything like the one back at home but again I had a walk in closet at home not a closet. I hate to interrupt but can you shower let's get moving William appeared by my door. Why didn't you shower? Female first I have manners he scoffs,sure I roll my eyes but open my luggage anyway for my things. William watched me as I made my way to the bathroom with my clothes,I refuse to give him a show by walking out of the bathroom in a towel,no thanks. I didn't waste much time knowing William was waiting for his turn,I walk out and William gives me a one over before entering the bathroom. I was wearing my usual black pencil skirt but I wore a white chiffon blouse. It had a collar but it wasn't button up,it was v cut and alittle of my chest was on display. I parade barefooted to my room before pulling out my white sandal heels. Time for makeup I sigh taking the kit to the vanity table. Once I was done,I placed the necessary files in my handbag and left the room. Good you're ready,let's go William stood up from his spot on the couch advancing to the door. He holds it for me to walk through and I couldn't help but whisper a thank you. The elevator ride down was alittle comfortable,the car is parked up front Will smiles. I nod walking ahead,I know I'm going to have to walk behind him when we get to FISHERS enterprise but for now I'm a lady,and like he said ladies first. The chauffeur opened the door and William let's me climbed in first,he was nervous. If Ms fishers is as professional as you say she would want to be partners with a confident man I tell him. He nods taking deep breaths,the way he was reacting was making me nervous too. I knew the FISHERS were a big name but KWIN isn't a child's play either,we got this. The car rolls to a stop in front of a tall glass walled skyscraper. It was way taller than KWIN building, Will steps out leaving me space to jump down. He walked in front and I wasn't far behind,shoulders straight and eyes focused like a true PA. If I thought the outside was sophisticated the inside blew my mind,I kept my facials neutral but I was blown away. William approached the receptionist desk I beat him to it,Mr William kwin I say. The young lady nods before typing away in her laptop,few seconds later she looked back at us. The conference room is on the 50th floor she smiles,thank you I turned to Will. Sir after you I wink discreetly,he gives me a small smile before moving forward. Three elevators were lined side by side,let's take the middle I input. He nods pressing the button open,elevator was glass so we would surely see the occupants of the other two elevators. Lucky, Will and I were the only once in the middle elevator,did you do your research on our competitors? Yes sir, Gates enterprise,run by Rebecca Gates,42years old widow and mother of teenage twins, Reina and Regina Gates. She might have an advantage since she's a woman also,their company is suited in LA. Then Parker enterprise,run by Joel Parker,like other young bachelor's his age,his a player. His father recently stepped down so their company is alittle shaky at the moment. Joel is 25years old and has a younger sister, Kenna Parker,she models and studies in new York university. Good so what did you find out? I repeated everything I thought of in my head to him. That was fast Lizzy Will leaned in to whisper,I'm diligent in my work. According to your theory my focus should be Rebecca Gates,don't underestimate Joel but focus more on Mrs Gates she has fire. He nods and we rode the rest of the way in silence,I could tell he was deep in thoughts and so was I. Our presentation is solid but the Gates are not a company to joke around with same goes for Parker enterprise. The elevator finally stopped and the door opens to reveal marble floors,a young man stood by a desk waiting. Excuse me sir I approached him,hello he smiles,can you point me in the direction of the conference room. Oh! Yes that's my job he stood straighter blushing,right this way he calls out. I wait for Will to pass me before following behind him,we past many doors but they were all locked. Maybe this floor was prohibited for employees,here we are the man breaks my thoughts. We stood in front of the door as the man walked away,here goes nothing Will whispered. He walks in and I followed suit,it looks like we were the last to arrive. Mr kwin Mr Parker who was closer to the door calls out,they do a quick handshake. Mr Parker had two middle age men with him,Mrs Gates had three and I began to worry. Ms fishers will be here in a minute an elderly man says,we nod taking a seat. I placed our files in front of us then accessed the competition. Rebecca was blonde with brown warm eyes,her face was free of makeup and she looked younger than ever. However her posture showed she meant business,Joel on the other hand hasn't stopped staring at me. Like I said earlier his a player and my low v cut must have caught his attention. He was an handsome man,with brown curls and big blue eyes. His appearance gave him a boyish vibe,he was wearing a black fitted suit. William was wearing a grey suit and had his blonde hair gelled back. Joel left his curls,and they fell on his face from time to time. Rebecca like me settled for a black skirt but she had a pink button up on leaving the first two buttons opened. Her blonde locks were tied in a bun while I left mine in a ponytail.
