Curtain Call

Emily's POV

As soon as Alex hung up on me, I cried. I sobbed Niall held me. I was a bad friend and I knew it. Tonight we were suppose to have another concert, what am I going to do? What am I going to tell the fans? I have no idea.

I just cry, Harry's crying too. I hug him,he needs it. Alex needs time and we both know it. Niall pulls me away from Harry to hold me. He's very overprotective. I look at the clock, time to get ready for the goodbye concert.

I get ready, this time I wear just jeans and one of my own band shirts, and a surprise, no make up. Niall tells me I look beautiful, and then we set out for Riot. We get there, I immediately grab my guitar knowing what I have to do. Niall kisses me good luck, as I step on stage.

I step on stage, as the fans scream.i take the mic and say "hey guys, tonight it's going to be more serious, so I need you all to calm down for here." They all calm down and listen intently to every word I say. I see a camera crew out of the corner of my eye. I look into the crowd and say "I'm sorry guys but Alex and I have decided to take a break from music, so right now is the very last black orchids concert ever." They all gasp. I say I'm only singing one song for you guys, and I'm dedicating it to my best friend Alex. She brought me out despair, she saved my life and I thank her. Right now she needs space. But I want her to know that she found me. So the last song from the black orchids is "you found me" by the fray.

I start to sing, singing is my only escape. Alex is the one who got me to sing. I can't Handel it, I start to cry. I can see some of the fans are crying. I know how they feel. When a bad breaks up its always sad. When the song ends I'm in tears. I look out into the crowd, and say "that's all form the black orchids right now. I love you all bye. " I smile and walk off, blowing a kiss into the crowd. Once I'm off the stage, out of sight I crumble to the ground. Niall rushes to me and holds me. I can't stop crying, I start to hyperventilate. The words ringing in my head "lost and insecure you found me" Niall says to me "that was beautiful" I cry but I end crying and falling asleep.

I wake up and I'm in my bed, Niall is holding me saying look Emily. He's pointing to the t.v. I look and I see me, wait that's my last performance! Niall says to me " this is all over the news, you are on every teen magazine and celebrity gossip show!" I smile to myself hoping Alex saw it. Then my thinking is interrupted by my phone ringing. Niall picks it up, and says " guess who?" I smile and see its Alex. I pick it up. I say,

"Hey Alex..."

How's Alex going to react to the shocking performance?

Are the black orchids every getting back together?

Where's Harry in all if this?

Will they ever work out?

Why is there so much drama and sadness?
