Surprise Sleepover!

Emily's POV

Alex lost the baby. She was so sad, I was, Harry was, Niall was, just everybody was really sad. It was like a dark cloud just cast a shadow on everybody lately. I've been the glue, holding people together and keeping them happy. But I'm sad too. I don't show it, at night I sit in my room crying, wishing Niall was there with me. But he's not. His tour ends in 6 months. Then I will have him all to myself, and only me.

Speaking of Niall, he's been acting strange. Whenever I call him, his friends start to say things, and he has to leave right away. It's almost like there's a secret that Niall can't tell me. I know there is, and it's killing me! I don't really care, I just want Niall back, holding me while I sleep. I want him back so he can wake me up, like he always does. I just want him back.

All this sadness is killing everybody. It's not fair, and it's not cool. I don't think all of this would have ever happened if we had never met one direction. Then again I wouldn't have fallen for Niall, I would still be stuck chasing Jayy. That gives me shivers.

I get up out of my bed to look for Alex, maybe she wants to go out or something. She left me a note saying she's going out with Harry. I don't like that, anyways I roll my eyes and plop down in front of the TV.

I'm just getting into the show when my phone rings. The contact says "the lion king <3" I laugh a little thinking back to those memories, then pick it up. "Heyyyy Emily." I hear from a happy Niall. "Heyyyy Niall" I say back. "Did you get the package I sent you?" He asks. "No I don't think so" I say as I open my door. Then I drop my phone in shock. I see Niall standing there. I missed him. I didn't think he was going to visit me until tomorrow. He laughs as I jump into his arms.

"Someone's happy to see me!" He says as I lead him in. He's got movies, candy, and soda. "Sleepover movie night?" He asks while he smirks. I laugh "ahh you kidding? YESS! Duhh!" He smiles, and goes to get all the blankets and pillows from my room.

Niall's POV

I walk into Emily's room to get things to build a fort. There is make up stains on her pillows. She's got a picture of me on her nightstand. I can tell she misses me, I miss her too. I sleep with a picture on her in my pocket, and sometimes I cry myself to sleep. I grab all the pillows I can, and build the fort while she makes popcorn.

We put the movie "The Hangover" in and get comfy. She snuggles into my side. I cuddle her close as the movie starts. Close to the end I hear a soft "Niall?" Emily says sounding tired. "Yes?" I say back. "I really missed you." She says as she starts to drift to sleep. "I missed you too, I love you." I kiss her cheek as she doses off. Ahhh I really want to tell her all I have planed for her engagement. But I have to keep it a secret. Every time I'm on the phone with her the boys try to say things like; "Niall's got a wife!" Or "hey Emily you gonna say yes or not?" Its really annoying. I want her to be surprised. I hope she likes the way I do it. Dahvie helped me modify her plan a little. I just hope it goes perfect.

Emily starts to snore like she always does when she's sleeping. I lift her hand gently. I examine her little fingers, i focus on the one that in 2 weeks is going to have a ring on it. I pull her closer me, so her head is resting on my chest. I hold her there, when Alex walks back in. She looks at us, "hey you guys are cleaning this up! And oh you guys look cute." She says as she smiles. "Thanks oh and we will don't worry." I say. "Does she know anything about?" pointing to her ring finger. I shake my head "not a single clue." I say with confidence. She nods "perfect" as she walks back to her room.

I watch the end of the movie, then turn it off. I crawl back to lay next to Emily. I look at her cute little face. No make up, nothing done to her hair, and wow she looks stunning. I watch her for a few seconds, till I realize I'm becoming that vampire from twilight. I stop, kiss her nose and pull her in close. I can feel her warmth in my arms. I drift to sleep. I can't wait till this is every night. I can't wait for two weeks to pass. I have everything planned. It's going to be perfect. Especially since I found the perfect girl to ask.

How is Niall going to purpose?

Is Alex falling again for Harry, or does she love Zayn?
