"COME ON JOHNNY, THE KIDS ARE UP HERE."

Anna's voice faded throughout the orphanage behind the hidden doors and corridors, but the tall man continue to stand in the doorway of the room they just left.

"Must not feel good being isolated from other kids."
He spoke up, crossing his arms, his eyes focused on the girl who simply sat her bed, head down, legs above the floor.

Johnny heard the odd noise coming from the corner, which made his eyes dart over seeing the fly head that kept making a weird noise which was a mixture of a muffled mumble and a sinister-giggle as he crawled up and down the index of the corner in a pattern. As he noticed the fly head, he looked up at the ceiling seeing several others, and then another that crawled through the flooring.
Whatever the reasoning, there was no other flyheads throughout the orphanage, yet they all seem to pile into the room which the girl sat in.

When she said nothing to Johnny's statement, he said once more,
"These guys bothering you?"

"What guys?"
She replied in a self-conscious voice, as if she been trained or taught to pretend not to notice the monsters invisible to most eyes.

"Unfortunately I'm not one of the cool ones. I can only see the little fuckers. What about you?"
Johnny ask with a smirk, completely aware what the woman in charge of the orphanage meant when she said the girl had 'special Powers'.

But the little girl said nothing, she didn't even raise her head, she simply threw what appeared to be a dart made from her electricity-like cursed energy, killing one of the fly head with ease.

"So you are one of the cool guys."
Johnny smiled happily,
"So why don't you do that to the rest of them?"

"New ones will come to replace them."
She said rather sadly, but even more depressingly, she lifted her head up showing Johnny her unusual eye colour of having vivid purple eyes with a brown border, as she returned the smile in a sorrowful way.

"Plus, I've come to find comfort in the things."
For a five year old, she talked awfully mature, which only made Johnny frown more, realizing that with such strength and an awful eyesight the girl probably was never able to have a normal childhood causing her to 'grow up' faster.

"Johnny!"
Anna harshly yelled out, as her footsteps started to come back down the stairs.

"Coming!"
He shouted back, but she was already in the doorway next to her side.

She looked into the room, making eye contact with the little girl whose smile faded as quickly as she saw the woman's mean eyes.
Anna tugged on Johnny's arm, pulling him away, but the little girl heard her voice as she walked away.
