"Well it seems that everyone is very excited this morning." Aizawa started, waiting for his students to calm down a little. He nodded towards Sero with a small visible smile.

"Happy birthday Hanta Sero, me and the rest of the staff here have realized that because class 1A are such good friends and all really close or whatever, even though it's only third period, we decided together that after lunch you all have the rest of the day off to celebrate or whatever. Do forget to do your homework, I'm going to sleep."

And just as he said, Shouta Aizawa hit the ground with a cushioned thud, thanks to his sleeping bag. His eyes were shut before he fell and as soon as yellow touched the floor many members of the class broke out into medium volume cheers.

True to his word, when lunch rolled around the dismissal bell rang early, and it seemed everyone was heading out. Not hard to guess the support course students would hang behind a bit, but earky leave is early leave. The few that hard cars buckled up as many classmates as possible.

Ashido, Kirishima, Bakugou, Sero, and Tokoyami piled in Mina's car. Ojiro, Toru, Shinsou, Midoriya, Todoroki, and Tsu piled into Hitoshi's small black vehicle. Iida, Uraraka, Koda, Sato, and Shoji rode in Satos Jeep. Aoyama, Momo, and Jiro took a limousine. Denki took his motorcycle(that surprised everyone because they had no idea he even had one in the first place)

At the restaurant it was fun and embarrassing. Each teen ordered their own meal, and Sero sat in the middle of the many tables placed together to fit all 20 teens, because it was insisted. The table was loaded with rice and simply amazing smelling dishes, soups, fish, ramen and other Japanese cuisine. A couple people told Sero 'happy birthday', and it was guessed that a few of the staff at the restaurant overheard. In aprons and tight pants as every waiter and waitress ever, a group of 3 went over to the heroes in training, stood behind Sero, and all sang 🎵Happy Birthday to you~🎵 Sero's face flushed red.

What nobody else knew, was that Denki had paid for the whole group, somewhere up to about 53745.20yen ($400) and tipped the restaurant staff to sing to Sero. Denki snapped a photo of his tomato red friend, who's happy ans shy smile was hidden behind hands and bangs; the tips of his ears were visibly red. As soon as he got the picture Denki snuck out of the restaurant.

Hopping on his Motorcycle and riding his way to the store with the roar of an engine revving, he was in and out and back at the dorms like lightning (pun intended) Denki moved as fast as possible, sweeping and vacuuming around tables chairs and under the couches, getting every last piece of paper and crumb alike. With the vacuuming done, Denki placed a plastic tablecloth on the table by the couches as well as the one in the kitchen. A pile of plastic cups, a place of small cookies. A large bowl of Konpeito (they're like star shaped hard candies made of sugar) and sodas and water in a cooler underneath the table.

Making a group chat, he messaged the majority of his group of friends. Knowingly they were looking for him and would be the best at keeping Sero Busy.

Kami:Hey Guys!

Mina: Hey Kami! What's going on?

Kiri: yeah where are you dude?

Bakugou: the hell are you fuckface?!

Kami: woah Kacchan chill out bro, I'm setting up a surprise party for Sero man! 🥳

Mina: Aw that's really sweet! It Makes a lot more sense that he's not here now.

Kiri: yeah that's super manly dude!

Bakugou: yeah I guess that's reasonable or whatever, tch

Kami: Anyways, I was about to call Momo to get everyone else, I'm gonna need Sato's help with the cake. But I was hoping that since he rode in your car Mina you guys could take him to the mall or a game store or something. I know that he's been excited for the new Mario kart game to come out (just pretend)

Kiri: ofc man! Just leave it to us!

Mina: yeah! He seemed kinda sad when he noticed you disappeared but I bet he's gonna forget all about it once he figures out that you're doing all this for him!

Bakugou: wait, Pikachu, are you the one who paid for everyone?!

Kami: Maybe?

Kami: okay bye!

And he muted the chat, no longer looking for any distractions. He dialed Momo and told her what was going on; Sage ti say she was genuinely caught off guard but thought it was an honorable thing to do.

With everyone's help, it got done much faster than Kaminari expected. Momo Tsu and Ochako worked on streamers, Momo made the fancy paper strings then Tsu and Uraraka placed them up on the ceilings. Shinsou practiced with his capture weapon, working with it flawlessly again and again trapping tying, and releasing Mineta from its hold. The grape-haired boy ran for his life until he was once and for all tied up and hung from the ceiling. Todoroki made a fancy ice sculpture in a humorous fashion, a crystalline Sero looking at them in a mock salute pose. Aoyama pranced around with glitter and with Sato's help, they made a bunch of little cupcakes in different flavors from vanilla chocolate and peanut butter. With black yellow and white frosting and funny little wafer paper cigarettes(Denki's idea based on Sero's stoner personality), it was time to put the show on the road.

Denki called Mina and hung up quickly, the pink haired girl seeing who it was from and alerting her it was time to come back to the dorms. To anyone else, it would have looked like an accidental call, but it had a strict purpose. Denki simply couldn't wait.

The group got back about half an hour later, while Denki discussed places for everyone to hide and having to shoo the girls and Sato away from the Konpeito candies, he ran around turning off the lights. He made sure Mineta was completely silent. Aoyama there glitter on the ice statue and then hid behind its frozen glory.

The utter surprise on Sero's face was amazing. He burst into happy tears for a moment before wiping them and stomping over and slapped Denki.

*WHIP!!* "What the heck was that for?"

"Stupid idiot, you did t have to do all this!" Sero exclaimed, wrapping Denki in a tight hug.

"Oh," Denki realized, "Nothing to it, I wanted to do this for you man!" Denki squeezed back. Sero released from the grip shaking his head and gently leaning his shoulder into Denki's a blush ever so present on his face matched with a gleeful smile

"I should have known" came the soft reply. Denki shoved one hand in his pocket and the other to flick Sero's forehead between his eyes.

"Happy Birthday Hanta!"
